Maxine,
Are the sessions really worth it? I mean visiting you in your office.
Even if I were to say there is a problem, I would still say and insist that I don't like talking about it.
I like typing these entries though, it gives me more time to gather my thoughts. I can think properly and organise what's in my head better before getting it out and off my chest.
It helps more too. Typing that is.
Oh and writing to Gracie, that helps too. I get lots out of my system writing to her.
