"Ugh... Remind me again why you're tagging along?"

Clarence asked sounding quite displeased as if he was going to baby sit instead of just having Melody along.

They were heading inside the main gate of Rikugien, one of Tokyo's well known traditional landscape garden.

They've been in Tokyo for three days now and this is the first time they'll be going out together.

Melody was fascinated with the traditional Japanese hotel they were currently staying in that for almost three days she was content enough adoring the authentic and traditional Japanese feel of the place as well as the hot springs that the inn offers.

He on the other hand had been roaming around the city.

Clarence thought that maybe now she had gone past the fascination that she'd chosen to bother him instead.

"I wanted to see Rikugien too, you know. And just so you forgot, your mom asked us to take pictures together. So don't get any wrong ideas."

Melody answered back halfheartedly as her attention is caught by her first ever sight of the forest-like-garden's beautiful scenery.

It was Autumn and quite a number of vegetation appeared to have hues almost close enough to the shade of red.

She was looking around enjoying the picturesque view while she excitedly walk that she had unintentionally bumped onto  Clarence's back.

He turned his head to glare at her.

"Would you stop being clumsy."

She noticed that the moment they've reach Japan, he'd been specially mean to her.

Melody thought it was because they're away from prying eyes and so their 'couple act' is on a break as well.

For now she would ignore all that, let him be mean all he wants.

She sure wouldn't want to ruin the moment so she continue letting herself be mesmerize with what she is seeing now.

Japan is on the list of the countries she always dream of visiting.

In her mind she visually talked to Xander about how she is now in a place where both of them once dreamed of going.

In the past they made plans to go see the cherry blossoms.

And even though the cherry trees which were just across the main entrance didn't bear flowers yet, she's still pleased to see its trees. It reminded her more of Xander.

She made a sad smile and subconsciously whispered,

'If only Xander is the one here with me.'

She suddenly felt the urge to see him after they went home and tell him how beautiful the sceneries in the country was.

Even though it makes her quite sad not having the guy she wanted to be with her now, everything still felt like a dream.

A dream come true though having a deficiency, is still a dream none the less.

She just haven't thought that she'd be here sooner than she expected.

She simply passed it as a perk of being in their pretentious act, a colorful icing with an awful dough underneath.

Everything has been set and planned by Clarence's mom.

It was of a great shock for both Clarence and Melody the moment they were informed about the two of them going out of the country.
