While the battles with Tartaros were occuring, Darkus Azu Tex and his group begin to look for there next recruit. In Darkus's study, he sits down reading a book. "Hmmm, this could be quite useful in the future. I shall keep note of that. (Knocks at door) Yes its open, come in!" Darkus shouted. The door opens and in comes Paradox, with some documents in his hand. "Darkus, I believe to have something that would be perfect use to us." He said as he walked over to Darkus. "(Closes book) Yes? What is it Paradox?" Darkus asked him. Paradox then drops the documents onto the table, "Yes you had instructed me to find the Arma Divine. But I believe to have found another recruit to your cause. (Pijts Points at the documents) There was this powerful Dark Elemental, a woman in fact, that had met with the Divine before." Paradox began to explain. "Hmm, interesting. Has her life been ruined by Alex?" Darkus asked him. "Yes, and as a matter of fact, it was a horrible fate. (Darkus glares at him) Not as horrible as yours of course, your nightmareship. But still a worse fate nonetheless. The Divine had tortured her, to the point in trying to break her will. She tried to rebel against him, but she failed for the Divine had sealed her away into a book. A book, of malevolent intentions. That is the Necronomicon, or the Books of Zeref if you would like to call them that." Paradox had continued. "Well that seems like a good thing, for I had just sent my son go and fetch one of the volumes back at Tartaros. He should be back shortly." Darkus said. "Well here is the thing Darkus, its not just a book of the Necronomicon, if was a single page of it. Ripped out of Vol. 4, and hidden away where nobody could find it. Even the Divine himself has no knowledge of its whereabouts. (Takes a map out of the documents) Until now, for this map has the location of that very exact page." Paradox explained. "Then what are you waiting for Master Thief? Go and fetch me this page of the book, immediately." Darkus demanded. "You didn't let me finish your nightmareship. The page is in the Library of the First Author, which is in a abandoned castle called Ragnarok. I may have the ability to teleport but I can't do so far a distance. I will need use of your Portal chamber." Paradox stated. Darkus got up from his chair and walked over to his dresser. He opens up one of the drawers and takes out a keychain, then tossed it to Paradox. "(He catches it) I expect you to return with those keys, cause that is the only way for you to return back here. Nobody else has no knowledge of where my castle is besides me and Zeref." Darkus said to him. "I shall be back with the page as soon as possible my Lord Darkus." Paradox said as he left the room, leaving Darkus back to his reading.

As Paradox left Darkus's study, our attention returns back towards Roxas's cell. He lays down on the prison mattress thinking of when he should escape, now that he has the keys to his cell. "(Thinking: I could just leave right now, but yet where would I go? Especially when I have no idea where I am? Ugh, why must prison escapes be so difficult. I should have enough strength to use my Keyblade, that could work on the guards. But I don't about Sor- I mean Vanitas. He is definitely not Sora, and he is very scary.)" As Roxas was thinking, he heard noises coming from out in the hallway. "Hello? Anyone there?" Roxas said aloud, hoping that it was just the wind. There was no response back so it was just the wind. He then went back to thinking. "(Thinking: I have to be brave, and I have to get out of this fucking place. If I am to do this, I have to do it stealthily and very quiet.) Time to break out of this joint." Roxas got out of the prison bed and walked over to his cell door, took out the key and jiggled it in its lock. The gate made a noise, and opened. Roxas walked out of his cell and closed the door slowly. Quietly he walks along the side of the walls to reach the dungeons exit. "(Thinking: Hmm, I have a feeling that guards will be ahead if I just go the main exit. There must be a sort of secondary exit around here then.)" Roxas had thought to himself. He reaches an intersection within the hallway and turns his head over to the corner to see another door. "Bingo." He quickly runs as quiet as possible to the door and opens it. He appears in a large room with a machine in the center. "What the hell is that?" He asked himself. But before he could go near it, he heard footsteps coming his way. The door opened again, revealing Paradox. "So this is the portal room? Not that bad looking. (Walks over to the central console, and inserts the keys) Now to input the map's coordinates then it should send me to Ragnarok." Paradox said to himself as he pressed the buttons on the console. Roxas was hidden behind a barrel, and peek out to see what Paradox was doing. "(Thinking: Portal room? Now why would Darkus put this near a dungeon? Well he is very dumb on that part.)" Roxas had thought to himself. The machine powered up, and began opening a portal for Paradox. "(Portal complete) Now time to get this page, and get back. For I have no clue what may lurk in this palace." Paradox said as he walked up the steps and into the portal, which closed after entering. Although Paradox had forgotten to take the keys with him, making Roxas come out of hiding and walked over to the console. "All he did was press some buttons and the portal opened. Hmm, where would want to go?" Roxas said as he looked at the control panel. Then an idea came to him, "Oh I know! Press random buttons and just cross your fingers!" He touched random numbers on the panel and the portal opened, he walked up the steps but didn't go in it. He looked behind him, and thought to himself. "(Thinking: I promise you Sora, I will find a way to get you back to normal.)" He then turned back towards the portal and went inside, with no knowledge of his destination.
