4:00amIt was early morning the next day, and this time we set our sights back on Darkus and his group. At Castle Darkvaria, Darkus himself is still up and planning on who he should add into his group of allies against the Divine. "(Going through paperwork) Starling Strife, MIA. He can't work. (Throws paper in trash) Doctor Zomverian, Currently has job. Zombie professor. Nah (Throws paper in garbage) Isabella Fang, Dead. I rather keep the Queen of Vampires dead in her grave. (Throws the whole list into his garbage, and sets it aflame) Where could I find a perfect villain that also was affected by the Divine?" Darkus said to himself. Scourge and Sint then walked into the room. "You alright Darkus? You seem stressed." Sint said. "Oh really? So you noticed that I just basically burned the list that you two have given me? Those people were all either freaking weak or already being used. Are you two just out of ideas or wanting me to look like a fool in front of my arch enemy?" Darkus asked them. "Well Darkus, its only that you did say and I quote:'Give me God damn evil people by tonight!' So we did." Scourge replied. Darkus created a ball of Fire in his hands and threw it past Sint's head, which hit the wall. "Yes I did. But you both should've at least guessed that I meant people whose lives been affected by the Divine! Now I ask again, is there anyone that you both know or heard of that was affected by the Divine greatly?" Darkus asked the two again. Sint answers first. "Okay, I will be honest with you. But I have no one in mind. I was after all in a tomb for 7,000 years. My list of contacts are all dead." He said. "I will accept your excuse, but you Scourge. I expected alot more of you." Darkus then said. "I do have a very special one in mind, but I didn't want to move on to that one unless you found one in that list. Which you didn't so I will tell you the one I had in mind. (Walks closer to Darkus's desk and sits in the chair) Have you heard of the Master Thief, Maldark Exodus Paradox?" Scourge had explained. Darkus then grew with intrigue. "Yes i have, but I had no idea that he had a run in with the Divine. Please, go on with your idea." Scourge then continued talking, "Paradox was out into a prison two years ago because of the Divine. The two were once partners for awhile yet the Divine betrayed him due to not trusting a thief. He ratted him out to the officials and he was arrested then placed into the most maximum security prison. Called Purgatory. He eventually escaped and vowed that he will get revenge on his betrayer. Nowadays he has been stealing things for profit, which has lead him to many dimensions. Even Middle-Earth has been his destination on some jobs." Scourge has added onto it. "You seem to know alot about this Paradox fellow, have you met him before?" Sint asked him. "No I haven't. Let's just say that I have been keeping an eye on him through my spy network. Just recently he was in the continent of Ivalice, which is across the ocean from Middle-Earth. I can probably guess that he will be in Middle-Earth very soon. Estimated two days." Scourge explained. Darkus leaned forward closer to his desk. "Now having a thief on my side could actually have its advantages. I will take him. Wait you said two days?" Darkus asked. "Yes, why you ask? (Realizes what Darkus was thinking) Damn it! He could get caught in your plan!" Scourge shouted. "You better tell me right away when this man arrives in Middle-Earth before my plan gets out into action! (Yawns) But first I would like to rest. It's almost 5:00 in the morning. You two can go now." Darkus said. Scourge stands up from his chair and walks over to the door with Sint. The two leave and eventually talk to each other in the main lobby. "So a thief eh? Actually I do have a proposal to you." Sint said to Scourge. "What may that be mummy? You have an item that needs stealing?" Scourge guessed. "Actually yes. (Scourge looks at him.) Its an item called the Ankh of Truth, I had created the item back in the days of my rule. It can reveal an opponents weakness when the holder wears the Ankh. It's how I was able to conquer all of Egypt with out even breakign a sweat. If we can reclaim this special item of mine, we may be able to find the Divine's weakness. Then exploit it." Sint had explained. Scourge then grew an evil smile on his face, "That seems like a very perfect item to use. Of course I shall let Paradox procure it for our goal. That is if Darkus will allow us to do such a thing behind his back." Scourge said. "Then we won't have to tell Darkus, after all he is too soft. He cares for his son and that Vanitas boy. They will just get in his way." Sint had said. Scourge looked at Sint, "I like this side of you. Quite the rebel I must say. We shall keep this to ourselves then. (Evil laugh) The Divine won't know what will come to him!" Scourge and Sint laughed as they walked to there rooms. But hidden in the corridor was Vanitas, eyeing the two as they leave. He slowly walked away from the column and walked up the stairs to Darkus's study. With Darkus now on the search for his next recruit, named Paradox, as well as Scourge and Sint revealing there true intentions slowly. They will be ready for the meeting with there enemy, the Divine. But what is this plan that Scourge had mentioned? That Darkus will be putting into action soon, well that will be revealed soon.
