Chapter 62: Dr. King's Patient Confidentiality

Back in Middle-Earth, we return with Link as he goes into town and searches around for the inn that Naruto was staying at. "So this is Edoras? Hmm not that bad really. Looks kinda similar to Kakariko Village back in Hyrule. Just no large windmill around." He said as he walked around the streets. The townsfolk had their eyes on Link as he continued to walk around, due to his outlandish clothes. "(Thinking: Even with everyone here, they still stare at our clothes being outlandish and just plain odd looking. Then again I should be used to that by now.)" Link thought to himself. Link continued to walk up the paths until he reaches a nearby inn, which has Cloud and Naruto inside the bar area. "Found them! But who is the guy next to Naruto? Hmm, well time to go d out." Link said as he walked up to the inn door and walked inside. Naruto heard the Bell chime of the door opening and turns around to see who it was, and when he saw Link a smile appeared on his face. "Link?! Your back!" Naruto shouted in excitement as he ran over to give his friend a hug. Link hugged back, "Nice to see you again as well Naruto. My you have grown a bit since we last saw each other, how goes your Hokage job?" Link asked him. "It's been doing fine. Only a week into the job and it was pretty boring. Lots of work and more work and even more work. Then again that is part of what it is to be Hokage." Naruto said. "Well of course Naruto, you didn't think that it would all be easy for you now would it? (Laughs)" Link laughed at him. Naruto shrugged his shoulders and walked back to where Cloud was sitting. "So you're the famous Link I have heard everyone been talking about. (Shakes Link's hand) My name is Cloud, its a pleasure to meet with you." He introduced, as Link stopped shaking his hand. "I thank you for being here with everyone, especially with Naruto against Tartaros." Link said to him. "I help people out, its what I do. I am going to head out into town, so I can let you two get some catching up. See ya." Cloud said as he left the pub and Link sat down next to Link on the stool. "You changed Link. (Drinks ale) Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. (Looks at him) Are you alright?" Naruto asked him. Link took a deep breath and exhaled, "No I am not alright. These past weeks have been too much on us, and even harder on me. Sora being dead, Zelda died by Alex, I killed Alex, Grandfather returns, then Alex returns, my wife returns, being set off to Albion, learned a dark secret and now we are just still trying to stop the Dark Abyss. This will be along journey indeed, until we find there base of operations and knock it down. Naruto, you are a Jinchuriki still meaning that the Neo Akatsuki will still be wanting your Tailed Beast. That makes it our job to make sure that doesn't happen." Link explained. "But aren't you still a Jinchuriki as well? Remember you turned into an Eleven Tailed Wolf, that still means that you are also a target by the Neo Akatsuki. That makes it my job to protect you!" Naruto then mentioned. "(Thinking: Naruto has indeed grown into a fine Hokage.) Friends protect each other, that's how it will be." Link then said as he held up his hand for a fist bump. Naruto did the same and the two bumped fists with each other, and went back to drinking there beers. Just as they did that, the doors of the pub opened and a familiar face entered. "Ah Link and Naruto! There you guys are." The man who appeared to be Necromancer said as the two looked around. "Morning Nec! Everything alright?" Naruto asked him. "Yes. It's just that I came by to tell you two that Richard King is here. Link you recall him, being the one who helped Zelda give birth to Zephyr." Nec explained. "Yes I do. I recall talking with him as well before coming to Middle-Earth. Was he here to check on you?" Link asked him. "Well yes. This new body is going to have some getting used to going on. But he also came here for another reason to tell you two. Find Matt and Arno, and come by to the penthouse." Nec stated as he left the pub. "What do you think he wants to talk to us about?" Naruto asked Link. "I hope it's not about my son. I worry to much about my kiddo. (Finishes beer) Lets get going." Link took out a couple of Rupees from his wallet and placed them on the counter as he and Naruto left the pub to go and found Matt and Arno.
