The past, many things are different. For Middle-Earth however, its a lot different. For evil is still at work, Orcs are still around and have hunting parties scouting for... something. Then you have the Elves led by King Thranduil, who has ruled with a keen eye over his enemies. The Realm of Men at the time have lived with peace, but still felt the scar that the fearsome dragon, Smaug, had left on the city of Dale. Finally, there was the Dwarves, who too had felt more terribly do to Smaug's attack. Those who had survived the attack at Erebor had went on to other Dwarf Kingdoms. One of these survivors, was a young Dwarf prince named Thorin Oakenshield, son of Thrain, son of Thror, King under the Mountain. He pledged that day, he will take back the Mountain from the clutches of Smaug. This was the average day of Middle-Earth all those years ago, before Sauron's true defeat. Now this is also where Link and company must complete their quest, without making such a big time ripple.

8:03amA giant yellowish glow appeared in the plains, and it evaporated showing Ryuga, Clockwork, Trace, Alex, Necromancer, Arno and Link. "(Eyes adjusting) Just saying Ryuga, that time traveling actually hurts the eyes." Link stated aloud. "Yeah. (Looks at hands) My hands are all blurry from this. (Laughs)" Arno laughed. Ryuga walked over, "That's because you and Arno have rarely time traveled before. Here, allow me to help," Ryuga waved his hand over Link's eyes, then did the same to Arno's eyes. "Better?" He asked them. The two nodded their heads yes. "Good. We don't need blind Heroes to fight, especially when we are in such a delicate time zone." Alex stated in an annoyed manner. "Come now Alex, lower your self esteem on the young men." Clockwork said to him. Alex scoffed, "(Scoffs) Never mind. (Looks at Trace) So, mister Spy? What do you want here?" Alex then turned his attention to Trace. The man looked in the distance, "It seems that it's almost Durin's Day. We don't have much time. (Closes pocketwatch) And to answer your question, lets just say that I have some business to attend to." Trace explained. "Durin's Day? (Looks at Nec) What is that?" Link asked. "It is a sort of festival day for the Dwarves, and it also states that winter is on the horizon. Think of it as there Winter Solstice." Nec replied. "Ahh, interesting. (Looks at Ryuga) So where do we head to first?" Link brought up. "Come around please. (Everyone surrounds Ryuga as he brings up a mystical map of Middle-Earth) We are currently just outside of the Trollshaws. Along the path is to Rivendell, which would be a best place to start." Ryuga explained. "Rivendell again? Will Elrond be there still?" Arno asked. "Well yes, Lord Erlond is very, very old. He will definitely be there, probably a bit nicer since he has no knowledge of the Ring yet." Alex responded. "Then shall we get going? I would rather stay there then by the woods." Link said with anticipation. "Link has that adventuring spirit alright. Then lets get our way to Rivendell." Clockwork states. The group then heads out from Trollshaws to Rivendell once more.
8:20am
Then as Link and company were heading out to Rivendell, we pan to the other side of Middle-Earth, the Lonely Mountain itself. A portal opened from the ground and people rose up from it. It was five people and Destino, "(Smells the air) Ah, we are where we need to be. (Looks behind him to see a fraction of his Orcs have appeared) It seems that your great Master only sent me half of my armies." Destino stated in an angered tone. "Don't be mad at us, after all we only followed you. Something must have happened back at Mordor to cause this." Ganon said to him. "But how could that be?" Destino asked. "It's because Grandfather is still gathering his powers. He needs the next Talisman in order for his ultimate powers to be restored." Itachi explained. "Looks like someone has been busy with reading history." Ghirahim said. "At least I know my history. You're a walking fashion disaster that only craves for carnage and destruction. I look on the philosophical side of how things work. So if I were you Ghirahim, I would shut up and do my job." Itachi said to him, and Ghirahim was shocked that he was insulted. "Argh! Fine! (Turns around with his back facing Itachi) Just get it over with." He said in a grumpy tone. "Hmph. (Looks at Destino) I suggest that we create our base of operations as Torvald had instructed." Madara suggested. "I agree Madara. (In Black Speech) Troops! Build the camp and build up defenses!" Destino ordered. The Orcs listened to his command and they dispersed to gather materials for their base. Obito snaps his fingers and a group of Whispermen appear, "You people do the same, begin to build our fortress. The Arkenstone must be found." Obito commanded them. The Whispermen also dispersed and did the same as the Orcs. "As they do that, we can wait here until the right moment." Ganon stated. "Agreed. Although, we do must be careful in the past. Who knows, if we do something tragic it would cause a way different form of events to happen." Madara started to say. "Of course, and that I rather not happen. (Thinking: I do hope that Naruto brings Sasuke, then I can finally explain to him what I have done. If he were to understand, then we can fight against this Dark Abyss.) Then let us be quick in this search." Itachi stated. Destino and the Dark Abyss agents already now commands control over Erebor, meaning it will be a lot more problems for the Heroes.
8:40am
Another portal opens to the south of Rivendell, and what comes out is Darkus, Zeref, Scourge and Vanitas. "Thank you Zeref for time traveling us to this time period." Darkus thanked his son. "Your welcome father. I will stay with you along this quest in case you need me." Zeref stated. "So Darkus, may I ask as to why you suddenly want to go after the Arkenstone?" Scourge asked him. As he said that, Darkus recalls what happened with Timore. "(Thinking: I must do this, after what I read in that page) Lets just say that I have to do this, for Torvald." Darkus had lied. Vanitas looks up at him, "You sure do want to please that man. Are you sure with his help, the Divine will die?" He asked. "Yes Vanitas, I am positive that he will die by my hands. No one else shall take that glory from me." Darkus stated. "Shall we start to move on? This is the past, so we may come across certain things that we shouldn't tamper with." Zeref said. "Yes. You guys can go on, I just need a word with Scourge." Darkus said and Scourge looks at him with suspicion. Vanitas and Zeref goes on ahead, leaving the two to talk. "I am guessing you have thought about what I have told you then, is that right?" Scourge asked him. "Part of it, yes. The other part not so much. Are you positive that your son could succeed as portraying Vayne Solidor?" Darkus then said. Scourge walked ahead a bit and placed his hands behind his back. "Darkus, (Turns his head to look at Darkus) I know what I am doing. I have many plans in motion that nobody knows the true nature about. I would give you another history lesson about me, but seeing as to how we are on a time table. We must continue ahead. Vitium will succeed, and soon Middle-Earth will fall to us." Scourge explained. "Why use me? If you have all these plans out there in your sleeves, and using me to get the Divine killed? It just doesn't make any sense, you don't make any sense." Darkus questioned him. Scourge grins with an evil smile, "Maybe I will tell you, maybe I won't tell you. I have my own private business, and I am sure that you do as well. Our talk is now over, let us continue ahead." Scourge said angrily and marched off. Darkus stroked his chin, "That man is truly evil, and a genius. But what is he hiding!? I can't have him ruin my plans once the Divine is dead. But, only time will tell his true desire." Darkus said to himself and he walked on ahead. The company of the past have set their paths in motion. But how it plays out is undecided.
