hello everyone! It has been such a long time since I last finished this Itachi x Izumi fanfic and I'm honestly just so surprised that it is still getting so many reads to this day, like, I never expected this to be a hit. Safe to say this is one of my best works and definitely my proudest accomplishment since it is one of my few finished fanfics!

I know that in my previous A/N I said that if this were to get this many views, then I'd update the chapters. Unfortunately, I never did that, and to be honest, I really dont think I will edit them. In my opinion, if the fic is doing great on its own than the writing is fine. Now, if some readers of this fic really enjoyed it and are desperately waiting for a revision, then I'll probably consider it. Not sure, but who knows!

Now, I'm positive that a lot of you are wondering if I will ever upload another Itachi x Izumi fanfic with a similar AU such as this one. And for this question, all I have to really say is maybe in the near future, haha! Still, that doesn't mean I'm not going to keep writing more about this ship but I figured if you all should know in case you want more itaizu content...

There is a new itaizu fanfic uploaded on my wattpad and ao3! The title is The Stillness Between Us, and I'm extremely determined to see it all the way through. Currently, this fanfic holds a special place in my heart because of how long the chapters are. Now, if no one is a  big fan of extremely long chapters, than perhaps that story may not be for you, but I'd still ask if you could please give it a read since it took a couple months to get to where I am already in the story!

This may not be a huge announcement to many of you, but I thought I should get that out there. To be honest, this was just a way to promote my new fanfic but I figured that there is probably a lot of itaizu fans who are hoping to find more stories on them, and I really do think that this new fanfic i'm working on will be just right for all you! It has romance, of course. It also falls under the mystery genre and it is set in a modern AU that has flashbacks! If this is your kind of stuff, then go give it a read!
