If Josh isn't dead by the time I get to him I am going to kill him. What was he thinking leaving the camp? And without Ryan too! And how did he even find the Watcher's HQ, we've been looking for that for years. The Chief must have led us in the wrong directions. She is the only other person I want to kill more than Josh right now. Maybe I won't kill him, just maim him since he did find the Watcher's HQ. That still doesn't excuse this.

"Are you ready, Seer?" Carl asked. Ashley and I had already changed out of our dresses.

"Yeah," I replied.

"Let me take you there," Michael offered.

"No, I'm not risking anymore people. This is what's going to happen: Ashley you're going to heal Josh and he will take you back here, end of story," I replied.

"Why do I have a feeling the plan goes deeper than that?" Ashley asked.

"We're going with you," Daphne said, Ryan and Zane were right behind her.

"No you're not, the less people who come the better. Carl and Hannah are more than capable of protecting all of us," I said.

"Seer, it is our job to protect them," Zane argued.

"You would do well to remember that I am your boss and my decisions are final," I replied.

"Yes ma'am," he replied quietly.

"Carl, Hannah, Ashley; we're leaving now," I said as I began to walk away.

"I'll be fine Artemis is coming, she'll make sure I get back safe," I heard Ashley say. But I'm not coming back, at least not yet.

"Nova!" I yelled and then she appeared by my side, surprisingly she kept up with my pace.

"You need something?" she asked.

"You're in charge until I get back. No one leaves, continue everything as usual. I'll give you updates as they happen and you're in charge of Josh's punishment," I said.

"When do you plan to return?" she asked.

"You saw this coming."

"Of course, but you know I can't tell when things are going to happen. So when are you coming back?"

"I'm not sure, but Hannah and Carl will stay with me. I'll send Ashley and Josh back as soon as I can."

"I understand and what am I supposed to tell everyone?"

"I'm gathering info."

"Fine, I'll see what we can do from here."

"This is on a need to know business, I don't want everyone finding out that the Watchers are that close. Chaos will break out, if you must tell people tell only the group leaders and swear them to secrecy."

"Easy, good luck Artemis," she said and then she hugged me. "Come back to us."

"I'll try."

"No, you're coming back."

"Okay, I'm coming back."

I left after that with Carl, Hannah, and Ashley behind me. It didn't take long to get to the area Josh was in.

"Can you sense his aura yet?" Hannah asked.

"Yeah, I have been able to for a while now but it was weak; so we still have a ways to go," I replied.

"Is he ok?" Ashley asked.

"He's scared and injured, but other than that he's safe," I replied.

"Good, so his injury?" she asked.

"He said he broke his leg, which is the only thing that would actually stop him from using his ability."

"He uses it more than most people."

"Yeah, he has always been fast even before he was able to use his ability. His ability just made him faster, but his ability not only speeds up his body it speeds up his mind. He always complained about getting bullied because he had 'ADHD'. He actually had it since he was little, even before he knew he was an Abilitor. All Abilitors with Speed are mistaken for people with ADHD."

"That sucks."

"It's just something they all have to deal with, everyone us has baggage because of our abilities."

"Really?"

"Uh huh, but that's not important now."

We walked in silence the rest of the way, it took us an hour to reach Josh. "Artemis, thank god it's you," Josh said when he saw us.

"I wouldn't be happy to see me if I were you, you're so dead," I said.

"I know, I was stupid," he replied. Ashley knelt next to him and began healing his leg.

"Why did you leave?"

"I don't know, I just needed to run."

"Ok, but never leave again without at least bringing one person with you."

"Ok, I'm really sorry Artemis."

"I know you are."

Ashley finished and stood up. "I'm done so what's next?" she asked.

"Josh take Ashley back to camp, do not stop until you get there."

"What about you?" Ashley asked.

"I'm staying here, I'm going to try to get information about Watchers," I replied.

"We won't leave you," Ashley argued.

"She's right, Artemis you can't stay here by yourself. Watchers are crawling all over this area," Josh added.

"I know I can see them, but I won't be alone; Hannah and Carl are with me," I replied.

"Who's going to run the camp?" Ashley asked probably just trying to think of a reason I should go back with them.

"I already put Nova in charge; Josh, expect your punishment from her," I replied.

"Who cares about the punishment right now?! Artemis, the point is we need you at the camp and if you die..." Josh began.

"I'm not going to die, so don't think about it. Besides we need to know what they're planning as the Chief knows all the ins and outs about us; it's about time we know theirs," I interrupted.

"It's too dangerous," Ashley argued.

"Hannah what do you think?" I asked.

"Seer, I believe the benefits outweigh the dangers," she replied.

"And you Carl?" I asked.

"Protecting just you is easy, besides with your ability it will be easy to avoid the Watchers," he replied.

"There you have it. Now Josh run Ashley back to the camp and stay there, do you understand?" I asked.

"Yeah, I do. Come back to us Mis," he said. He never really liked using my full name since it took too long to say, so he came up with Mis.

"Promise, now go," I ordered. He picked Ashley up and ran her away.

"So what's the plan?" Hannah asked.

"Infiltrate the HQ, of course," I replied as I walked toward the massive group of Watchers that I saw.
