It took me a while to realize where I was after I woke up. I took a breath before standing up walking over to a calendar, June 10. I've been asleep for a week?! Wait I just read a calendar! I can't read a calendar!

I walked over to a mirror and looked in it, "Why do I have blue eyes? Why can I see?" I activated my ability and screamed as I did, because my eyes turned purple just like they did years ago. "How... How is this possible?"

I got dressed in the clothes that were by my bed, but unfortunately after I did I couldn't see anything I activated my ability and I could see. This was the strangest thing. I grabbed my walking stick, which I saw by my bed earlier, and walked out of the room. It didn't take me long to find everyone, they were in the courtyard. Something was happening... a fight?! Are you kidding me?!

I activated my ability but I already knew that it was Brandon and Michael fighting. Bailey and Leigha were cheering them on, I bet that Bailey didn't even know that she was using her ability. The boys were fighting hand to hand and, obviously, Brandon was losing. Michael has twelve years of fighting experience, Brandon has none but he does have years of football on his side.

"Artemis!" Ashley yelled when she saw me. "You're awake!"

"Hi, I'm going to end this," I replied. As soon as I stepped into the make shift fighting ring everything went quite. Michael stopped mid-punch and Brandon froze in mid-wince. I just looked at them and asked, "What are you doing?"

"Nothing," they both replied.

"Nothing? Really? Because it looks like something to me. So who wants to tell me why you were fighting?" I asked. No reply. "No one? If someone doesn't tell me you're all going to be punished."

"Why?" Bailey asked. Michael let Brandon go and they faced me.

"Because you did not end it. Now, who's going to tell me?" I asked.

"We..." Brandon began.

"We... um..." Michael added.

"Someone better tell me," I interrupted. They didn't say anything. "Fine I'll do this the hard way. Can someone with the ability of Previous please step forward?" A boy did. "Pick one of these idiots and read their most recent past please."

"Okay," he replied without hesitation. He went up to Michael and touched his hands. "They were fighting about you, Artemis," he said after a minute.

"Me? I don't even want to know anymore, you can all leave. Brandon and Michael stay here," I ordered. Everyone quickly left, the only people in the courtyard was me, Brandon, Michael, Hannah, Carl, and Tara. I didn't say anything at first, but after a minute I slapped them both, "Don't ever do that again. Now more than ever we need to stay together so we can't have anyone fighting like that. I don't care why you were fighting about me and I don't want to know anymore than that. I'm trying not to be mean, but you're both on cleaning duty for two weeks as punishment. If you need me I'll be in the training area."

 "Artemis," Michael began.

"Alone. And if you don't want to be cleaning for a month you'll stop talking," I interrupted. I walked away after that. When I got into the training room I saw that the Tech team made training simulations. I found one that sounded interesting... it had my name on it. Literally. I pressed the button and thirty androids appeared out of nowhere. I just smiled and got ready to fight.

I had to admit the androids were good, but I was better. I was doing great. I had already taken down over twenty of the androids, but that was when I lost my concentration. I saw Neil standing on the edge of the fighting ring watching me. The second that I wasn't focused on the fight was my greatest mistake. An android grabbed me from behind and I jumped in the air and knocked it off, but when I landed I was stabbed in the back.
