Chapter 14

Hakeem POV
I was sitting on the couch watching tv with Harmoney, it was some show about a princess named Sofia her sibling and her best friend is a rabbit. "I'm hungry" she said looking up at me. "What you want to eat lil money" I asked her. "I'm tired of chick ful a" she said. "I am too how bout we wake up lyric and see if she wanna make us something" I said. "Lyric don't like to cook but she really good at it" harmony said standing up and walking to my room. I opened the door and saw lyric sleep on my bed. She look so cute. "We gonna jump on the bed and scream lyric in her ear ok" I whispered. Harmony nodded and we got on both sides and screamed "LYRIC" in her ear.

Lyric POV
I was enjoying a beautiful dream then all I heard was somebody screaming my name in my ear. "What the fuck" I shouted. "We hungry" Hakeem said laughing. "What does that have to do with me" I said mugging the fuck out of them. "We want you to make breakfast" harmony said. "You of all people should know I don't like to cook" I said. She gave me them puppy dog eyes and pouted her lip. I dragged myself out of bed and went to bathroom then made my way to the kitchen. My phone rang and it was Jay FaceTimeing me.

Me-hi Jay

Jay-what's wrong with you

Me-these two fuckers woke me up talking bout some I'm hungry knowing good and well I don't like to cook I mean I know I'm good at it and and all but damn

Jay- well are you gonna (he got cut off by a little girl voice) daddy I'm ready

Me- who is that jayceon (I said using his government name

Jay- I'll call you back

Then he hung up. "Hakeem come here" I said. "What's up baby girl" he said coming into the kitchen. "I think Jay got a daughter" I said. "How you know" he asked.

"Some girl on the phone was calling him daddy"

"Are you sure it wasn't one of his hoes"

"Nah she sounded like she was 8 or something"

"Well that could be or could not be his daughter"

"If it is I don't know why he ain't tell me."

"Maybe he ain't know"

At this point I don't what to think and if he has a daughter where is the mother and where is the child gonna be when he come back. I just continues cooking I made pancakes, eggs, bacon, grits, and sausage. I made every body plate then we all sat down and dug in. After we ate Hakeem told me to get dressed cause we going to the mall.

I got in the shower then put on my dark blue polo shirt and jeans and wore my hair curly. Then I went to go get harmony ready I dressed her like me and did her hair the same. I went downstairs to see Hakeem dressed in his dark blue polo shirt like us. "Why you always gotta be like me and harmony I mean I know we cute but damn" I said. "Nah y'all stay jocking my style" he said. "Whatever just take pictures with us." I took out my phone and we took selfies and some mirror pics.

Then we walked outside and got in the car. We went to the mall and I tried to pay for myself but Hakeem ain't let me. He bought like everything in sight. Then we went to the food court then left.

When we got back to the house I put me and Harmoney clothes away. "Trey bouda come over" Hakeem yelled from downstairs. "Is Keisha coming too" I yelled back. "Yea" he said. (A/N Keisha and Trey go out now and if you forgot who Trey is go to chapter 11 and Keisha is lyric bestfriend)

  Me, Harmony, and Hakeem was on the couch watching my movie beyond the lights then the doorbell rang and it was Keisha. "Bestfriend" we screamed at the same time and hugged each other. "Keisha" harmony said coming to give her a hug. She pulled away so we can hug harmony. "Girl is this beyond the lights" Keisha said. "Yep" I told her, this one of our favorite movies. 1 minute later Trey came in "what's good my niggas", he daped Hakeem then looked at the tv screen, "I know we not watching this bum ass movie" Trey said. "Preach my nigga" Hakeem said. "Shut up this movie is the shit" i said. "Yall can pick what we watch after this" Keisha said. "They just laid back and watched the movie. About an hour into the movie I got a text from Jay saying that he know I missed school some of last week and he told me make sure I go tomorrow. While we was texting I asked who was little girl in the background while we was on ft and he said he gon tell me later.

Lying fake ass boy he know he not bouda tell me shit. Pretty soon the movie was over and it was the boys turn to pick. "Now I'm thinking we watch the conjuring" Hakeem said smirking and shit. "Hell no and harmony can't watch that" I said. Trey gave her 5 dollars and we went to watch tv in her room. "We definitely watching since I had to sit through that girly movie" Hakeem said. They started the movie and I jumped every two minutes. Keisha and Trey fell asleep on the couch and me and Hakeem went upstairs. I changed into my pajamas and he just took his shirt off and put on basketball shorts. I'm starting to like sleeping with him.
