Alexandria

Tuesday passed rather uneventfully; actually no, I don't think you could call it uneventful, especially seeing as what occurred.
Ashton stayed all day, and then again that night, seeing as Cailin mysteriously didn't come home. We spent the whole day in bed, doing unmentionable things to each other. We eventually fell asleep around ten that night, and I woke up ten minutes before my alarm went off at six that morning; feeling rather well rested. I got up, and got dressed; ready to leave just before seven, a little earlier than normal, knowing I had to drop Ashton off at his hotel on the way to work, "ready?" I asked him, picking up my hand bag, making sure I had everything I needed before I left and walking towards the door
"Yeah," he said, "coming babe," him calling me that tug at my heart strings, bringing back all the memories from when we were younger. He walked out of my bedroom, dressed in the same clothing he came over wearing Monday night and had his hair tied up in a man bun, and it really suited him.
We walked out of my apartment, him reaching for my hand. Needless to say we were both shocked to see Luke leaving next door
"What the actual fuck?" The tall blonde boy said, in complete and utter shock when he saw us. Another rule had already been broken
"Stay out of it Luke," Ashton warned him
"We'll talk about this later," Luke told him, both Ashton and I stayed silent. The elevator ride down to the car park was awkward to say the least. Not a single word spoken between the three of us
"You need a ride Luke?" I asked, seeing as I was dropping Ashton off at the same place he was headed
"Yeah, thanks," he said quietly, not looking either of us in the eye.

The car ride was silent. The only sound coming from the morning radio, "I'll text you later," Ashton told me, once we pulled up to the hotel, leaning over the glove compartment to kiss me, yet I gave him the cheek; not wanting to cause any more issues, and possibly getting caught by possible paparazzi lurking around. Both boys exited the car and went in through the hotel's back entrance, which I vaguely remembered from the weekend.

I arrived at work ten minutes later. Loading my bag into my locker, and walking into the managers office to see my boss Erin, "hey," I smiled at her when I saw her at her desk
"What's up Lex?" She greeted, "I must say, you look a lot different than the other day," she laughed
"Ah yeah," I shrugged, "I feel good today," I said honestly
"That's good," she smiled at me. Erin and I had known each other for ages. She was my manager at the store I worked at in Sydney, and again now. We got along great, she was one of the only people that knew the full story about Ashton and I, and I'd been wanting to talk to her since Friday when I saw him after my gig, "so I heard that an old friend is in town,"
"Yeah," I said, taking a seat at her desk, "it's been really interesting to say the least,"
"Have you seen him?" She asked
"He showed up Friday night," I told her
"You're kidding me?" She asked in disbelief, "what does he want?"
"To be friends again I guess," I shrugged again
"You're still in love with him aren't you?" She asked, and I just nodded. She gave me my sales figures for the day before, when a call was put through to my store phone
"Alexandria speaking," I answered
"Hey, it's Teagan," it was one of my part timers. She was rather unreliable, calling in sick a lot lately
"What's up love?" I asked
"I've got food poisoning, I won't be in," she said simply
"That's the third time you've had food poisoning this month," I told her, "you should go and see a doctor,"
"Yeah whatever," she scoffed, and hung up the phone
"Teagan just called in," I told Erin, "again,"
"Are you serious?" She asked, "when she's in next we need to have a chat with her,"
"We do, and tomorrow, she starts at eleven,"
"Close the door, we need to discuss this privately, I'll call Dave and Rob in,"

Teagan had an issue with me since I started here as the apparel manager about eighteen months ago. At first I thought it was my age, she was two years older than me. I thought she had a problem with her manager being younger than her and it only recently occurred to me that wasn't the issue at all. She was friends with Cailin, and Cailin and I had never really gotten along. It was obvious that Cailin had told her things about me, bad things; and I'm assuming that some of this occurred from the concert ticket Cailin had stolen from me in June.
