Mark's POV
Today was the day--my wedding day, our wedding day. Could you believe that? It was here. Today. In less than an hour. Oh my God, I needed a moment to breath."Hey, have you taken your medicine?" Nicky asked, popping his head between the door.
"Yes I have." I nodded.
"You ready? It's time."
The 'time' word he said started echoing in my head. I said nothing and kept looking at my feet. I heard him chuckled then got in to the room.
"How are ye feeling? You good?"
"I don't know, honestly. I'm scared I'm gonna mess things up. I don't want this get fucked up, hell no."
"Then don't let it be." He smiled. "I know what you're feeling right now. I have been here before, so have Shane, Kian, and Brian. We all succeeded passing through this and that means you can do this too. You won't mess this up, believe me. You've always wanted this, you've been waiting for so long for this." He patted my shoulder. "This is once-in-a-lifetime moment and I believe you'll do great okay, Marky?"
I took a long sigh. "Thanks, Nicky mate."
"Yeah, anytime." He smiled. "Let's go now, shall we? I heard Katy said Jess looked perfect today."
"She always is." I chuckled.
-----I was now standing on the altar, waiting for her to walk down the aisle. All thoughts kept going back and forth in my head.
This is right, isn't this? Marrying her is a right thing to do, isn't it?
I exhaled as the doors were now being opened.
This is it, Markus. This is fucking it.
I couldn't wait to see her standing in her dress with her hair braided beautifully and her beautiful charming smile on her face yet I felt nervous as fuck that my hands were sweating.
Shit. I really felt so damn scared somehow, for God's sake. Oh my God.
I started to count each second passing by in my head...
One.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Five.
Six.
Seven.
Eight.
Nine.
Ten.

.Oh good Lord, tell me I was in heaven right now because there was an angel, my angel, right before my very eyes.
A smile crept onto my face automatically as I saw her flawlessly being walked by her dad.
I was right. I was right that we were meant to be and I was very proud about it. Finally I could prove what I believed for so long to every single person who ever denied it.
