This chapter is happening between chapter 47 and 48.

Jess' POV
Last night had been the best day, the best night, of my life. I was going to be Mrs. Feehily for the one and only Mark Feehily. I couldn't feel more grateful that this dreamed I'd always had would finally become a reality.

When I woke up, I found nothing beside me. Well, maybe he had woken up earlier today. I washed my face, brushed my teeth, fixed my hair, and got out of the room. I could barely hear some voices from the living room. That must be the lads.

"...he okay? ...news to.... Yeah, thanks." A husky voice said. It must be Nicky.

"...news ...them? ...not gonna... today, isn't he?" I guessed it was Brian.

"Hey!" Nicky half-shouted to Brian. "Don't... like that,.... hope... alright. Jeez." I didn't know what they were talking about but I did know their voices really sounded full of anxiety and fear.

I finally approached the living room and found them.

"Morning, Nicky. Morning, Brian." I greeted them from behind. The two of them were standing in the same direction like me so they couldn't see me.

"Uh, hi, Jess. Morning too." Brian said, a bit stuttering, as he turned around. He showed a nervous smile.

"Yeah, morning too, Jess." Nicky said and turned around too. "Just woke up?" He also showed a nervous smile like Brian's.

Weird.

"Yes." I nodded. "Where are the others? It seems only three of us here."

"Well, yeah, actually, uh," Nicky rubbed the back of his neck, "this morning, uh... Mark asked Shane and Kian to company him outta the island for...uh...."

"He wants to buy some stuffs for you, I guess. I don't know. He didn't say much." Brian completed Nicky's sentence. "We're here since he asked us to be your guards here."

I rolled my eyes. "I don't get it he can be so over-protective sometimes, or so narcistic, or weird."

"Well, like you said, Weird-life?" Brian chuckled.

"Right, very right." I nodded.

"What is Weird-life?" Nicky asked.

"Your band. She thought that should be the name." Brian grinned.

"That used to be your band too, duh." He said to Brian. "And Jess...." Nicky glared at me.

"What? You were all acting weird last night so I said that." I thought Nicky was mad. "No offense."

"I was gonna say that's such a very brilliant idea. Westlife gets boring and boring each day. Maybe we should change the name." He winked and gave me two thumbs up.

"See, he's the weirdest." Brian mouthed that to me but I guessed Nicky noticed.

"Hey! That's not fair. Believe me, Jess, Brian was the weirdest before he quit. He infected all of us his weirdness virus."

"I wasn't! You were the one who infected us, Bernard James Adam." Brian stuck his tounge out then ran off.

"Don't call me that, you, deutzy!" Nicky shouted and chased him. "My name's Nicholas or Nicky or Nico Byrne!!"

I rolled my eyes again, seeing their behaviour. Really, Westlife should be named either Weird-life or Kiddy-life. Or should we combine the name to Widdy-life? Yeah, maybe we should. I'd suggest it again later.
-----

It was 4 PM and Mark, Shane, and Kian hadn't come back yet. Brian and Nicky were now having a little bromance in front of the tv. Brian's head was resting on Nicky's shoulder and they were really very close to each other.
