Chapter 3 - Knowing more

Mark's POV

Wow. She noticed.

"What... What do you mean?" I pretended knowing nothing.

"C'mon. I know you're a boybander. I saw some awards in the room last night."

Damn, I forgot about it. I was so stupid-_-

"Ah, you noticed!"

"Of course. But there was a picture of four of you with another boy. Who was him?"

"That's Brian. He quit several years ago."

"Oh I see."

"And now, may I ask you something?" He asked.

"Just go on." I smiled.

"Are you originally from Ireland and an Irish?"

"Ahaha nope. I'm a half Indonesian and Irish. I used to live in Jakarta, in my mom's house. Then I moved to Manchester, in my dad's house, after my mom passed away. But I felt so uncomfortable there. So I decided to move here in Ireland. The men last night was hired by my dad to get me back there. Of course I didn't want that, so yeah, I escaped then met you."

"I'm sorry about your mum, Jess."

"No problem." She smiled. She had a nice smile. I loved her smile! "You know what's funny, Mark?"

"What, Jess?"

"I never told that to everyone, even my besties. But now, I've told you. I don't know why I just felt like it's right to tell it. Haha."

"Really?"

"Yeaah!"

"Hahaha."

"Hey Mark, what's your first single? I think I have to listen to it. You all must be a great boyband, I know."

"Ah it's Swear It Again. What do you mean? Eumm I mean, how you can say like that?"

"Based on the awards." She winked.

"Ah I see."

"Eumm Mark, thanks for the breakfast. I think I have to go now. I have some class today."

"Do you really have?"

"Yes of course."

"Eumm, okay then. But, let me drive you there okay?"

"No Mark, that's okay. I can go there alone."

"No Jess. Let me, kay?"

"Okay, if you insist." She smiled, again.

So, after that I drove her there. Half hour later, we arrived.

"Thanks for the ride, Mark. Hope we'll meet again."

"You're welcome, Jess. Hey, wait!"

"Yes?"

"May I get your phone number?"

"Sure, here." She wrote her number on a piece of paper then gave it to me.

"Thank you."

"You're welcome."
