Chapter 10

Third person POV****

Eren and Levi grew closer and closer between the time of Halloween and Christmas when they both had decided to go home for break.

Levi's POV****

The ceiling of my parents house was grey, dirty and looked almost menacing.

Like my parents personalities.

I was currently debating whether or not to go get a new guitar with my parents money.

I also wouldn't mind some new cleaning supplies.

My room is a mess. I'm pretty sure I saw, like, 3 dust bunnies. Disguisting.

Swinging my legs of my bed I realize I'd have to get dressed.

Sighing, I headed over to my wardrobe of all black clothes.

Pulling out a pair of black ripped skinny jeans, a black Hollywood undead tshirt and black doc Martin's. Putting in my Peircings I grabbed some money and a black beanie.

"I'm going out!" I yelled to my parents, throwing on a black trench coat.

Like usual I got no answer.

Slamming the door ad I left the house I decided to stop by Starbucks and pick up a coffee.

With one hand in my pocket and the other holding my coffee I walk happily to my favorite music shop.

The bell dings as I walk in and immediately head over to the guitars spotting a shiny black one.

"Can I help you with anything?" The girl that was working at the store asked me.

"Yeah, actually, how much is this guitar?" I asked her.

"225 plus a amp that's 300." She answered me.

"K, thanks." I thanked her before going over to the guitar accessory things.

Picking out a black guitar strap and some cool stickers.

Next, I went over got a amp that looked like it worked (I'd never actually used one).

Lastly I grabbed a sheet music book of my chemical romance songs.

I paid quickly before heading back to the house and dropping the stuff off.

Grabbing some more money I got more coffee (a expresso). I never sleep at my parents house. So I'm running on coffee and coffee alone I haven't slept in a... week? Two weeks? It's all kind of a caffinated blur.

Anyway, I head over to the mall and walk around looking at diffrent things.

Eren's POV****

I was walking around the mall waiting for my mother to finish shopping when I saw him.

Oh my god he was wearing ripped jeans.

HE HAS PEIRCINGS swoon

STOP STARING EREN

He's wearing a Flippin beanie for crying out loud!

And then he saw me.

I quickly averted my eyes my face redder then a tomato.

"Hey brat." Levi greeted walking over.

"H- hey." I replied, "I didn't know you went to Muggle malls"

"Yeah. My parents live in the wizard part of the city. So I visit the mall sometimes." He explained fiddling with his lip Peircing.

Dang I wanted to kiss him.

"Wanna get coffee?" I asked instead.

"Oh god yes." He replied tossing out his empty coffee container.

I had just noticed his under eyes when we walked into a small coffee shop.

"When the last time you slept?" I asked him anxiously.

"Um... when did Christmas break start?" Levi questioned.

"Two weeks ago!" I answered him.

"Two weeks then" He gave me a weak almost smile.

"Why?" I questioned curiously.

"Um... insomnia acting up." He answered as we ordered two coffees. (Two milks no sugar for me and a black coffee for Levi.)

"Hey Eren?" Levi asked once we hat sat down at a small table.

"Yep?" I blew softly on my coffee.

"What do you do for Christmas?" Levi asked thoughtfully.

"Um... We just do the regular Christmas thing." I explained rubbing the back of my neck akwardly.

"Oh." Levi yawned obviously getting tired.

"Why do you ask?" I questioned taking a sip of coffee.

"Just wondering." He downed his coffee obviously feeling exhaustion creeping in.

I drank my coffee quickly after in a comfortable silence.

"Levi? Do you want to go now?" I asked before realizing Levi was not... in this world at the moment (also know as he was staring off into space)

"Hmm? What?" He blinked a few times turning to actually face me.

"Ready to go?" I repeated.

"Yeah sure." He answered as we walked out of the café we noticed something.

A mistletoe was in the door way.

A Flippin mistletoe in all its mistletoe-ness glory.

We stopped in the door way and he studied my face for a moment before slowly leaning in.

I repeated the action hoping- no- praying that he was going to kiss me.

We were around a centimeter apart when Levi glanced down at my lips before meeting my eyes (Thank god hardly anyone was in the coffee shop)

I was about to close the space between us when we jumped apart from hearing,

"Eren! Ready to go?!"

Then my mom glanced between us before her eyes widened and she apologized,

"Oh I'm sorry! Was I inturpting something?"

"No its fine, mom." I sighed looking down at my worn converses.

I glanced over at Levi for a second noticing he was playing with his lip peircings again. Actually it was almost like he was trying to take them out... I wonder why? (in my opinion he looked incredibly hot with them in)

"I'm Eren's mom. And you are?" My mom shook Levi's hand.

"Levi Ackerman. It's nice to meet you Ms. Jaeger." Levi said politely. When did Levi get so... nice?

"Oh! You're Levi! I've heard so much about you!" Mom must be trying to kill me.

Really?" Levi smirked in my direction "What did he say?"

"Alright! Well, nice seeing you Levi! But we have to go now right mom?" I intervined quickly.

"Well, we can stay longer of you'd like Eren?"

"No! No! It's fine really!" I started walking in the other direction, away from Levi.

Before my mom started following me I called out quietly to Levi,

"Ich liebe dich" (translation: I love you)

Before I was out of hearing range I heard Levi say something in that gibberish language of his,

"Je t'aime." (Translation: if you can't guess it means I love you)
