Luke: paper airplane
You first met in middle school; specifically the 6th grade. He threw a paper airplane in class and it just so happened to hit you. He came over to you and apologized as he retrieved his paper airplane. He introduced himself and you introduced yourself. You have been best friends ever since.

Ashton: rose
It's cliché, but you love roses. On your first date Ashton picked a rose from your neighbors garden and gave it to you at the beginning of the date. You thought it was cute. His first act to show that he liked you was theft. It was funny and adorable at the same time. Ever since then you knew you wanted a rose tattoo.

Calum: "honey"
His nickname for you. It's a cheesy nickname and you knew that but you loved it. It made it seem like you were an old married couple. It was better than newer terms like "bae" or whatever. You liked it. It was very spouse-like. So you got it tattooed.

Michael: alien
You know he's a syfy nerd. He's into really weird extra terrestrial types of things and honestly so are you. That's why you work so well. You have similar interests. You like looking up at the stars through his telescope sometimes. Then you talk about aliens and all of the conspiracies he's found on the internet. It was a cute thing to bond over.
