Chapter 14- Sorting Out The Facts
After our battle session Ava and I both showered and went straight to bed. I was exhausted and quickly fell asleep.

Emily walked through the halls taking her time, no one cared if she was late to bed. She was a nerd after all; but today she learned something big, something huge. Emily started humming a tune to herself when she heard it.
Tap, tap, tap.
Footsteps and they were coming her way. Her heart started to race.
“Hello?” She called out.
The footsteps kept coming.
“Is anyone there?”
Her heart started to pound; maybe it could just be a kid making their way to bed. Yet wouldn’t they answer her? Unless it was a joke.
The footsteps stopped at the corner, Emily saw a shadow of a man, and she knew that it was not a kid. The shadow turned to face her and pointed a gun at her face, she couldn’t see his features in the darkness. Emily felt a scream through her throat but before she could let it out the man pulled the trigger, she felt a sharp pain at her side and fell to the ground with blood flowing from her. The shadow stood over her.
“Why?” Emily gasped.
“You knew too much,” He stated simply.
“Help me,” She pleaded.
The shadow laughed darkly, “It’s too late for that”
And with the he turned his back on her and left her to die.

I sat up in bed breathing hard, my shirt was sticking to me because of the sweat on my body. I pushed the covers off me and got up, I noticed Ava doing the same, we both stood there staring at one another. I saw that Ava was shaking badly I went up to her and hugged her; she started to tremble in my arms.
“He’s sick,” She said tears escaping her face.
“I know I saw it to,” I said gently. “Frankly I thought he went a bit over board on the whole ninja look”
Ava laughed but her voice was muffled by my shirt. She pushed off me and smiled.
“Are you okay now?” I asked.
She nodded and determination came into her eyes, “This sick bugger needs to be stopped”
I went to my desk and sat at my chair, Ava made the desk her chair. I grabbed paper and a pen and started to write.
Facts Known About Killer.
“If we are going to give the guy a name let’s give him one that suits him,” Ava said and grabbed the pen from my hand. And crossed out the word 'Killer'
Facts Known About The Silent Gunner.
“That is a lousy name,” I stated.
“Its better then yours,” Ava retorted.
I mumbled to myself.
She smiled at me and started to write out the facts.
Facts Known About The Silent Gunner.
Fact one: Is a male.
I laughed at that.
Fact two: Knows his way around the building.
Fact three: Leaves no evidence behind, meaning he’s done this before.
“Hey you stole that from me!” I exclaimed.
“Were do you think I got these facts from?” Ava laughed.
“That is invading personal space,” I snapped.
Her smile got bigger, “It’s not like I can help it your thoughts are an open book”
“Cheater”
“Well that’s all for now,” She said.
I grabbed the pen from her and wrote down fact four.
Fact four: Could be part of a larger group.
“What makes you think that?” Ava asked curiously.
“Well in the vision Emily found out something ‘big or huge’ so I thought it could mean that this killer is part of a larger group,” I pointed out.
She nodded thinking, “At least we are getting somewhere”
I nodded and suddenly felt a bad feeling came over me, Ava looked at me, and I knew that she knew that I felt something dangerous.
Cook came through the front door with a grave look on his face, “Leo get dressed Mr Thompson wants to see you and it’s not good”
Oh no, I thought. It must be about Clive.
“You don’t know that Leo,” Ava thought to me. “Get dressed and see what it’s about, I’ll be watching”
I nodded and grabbed clothes and went into the bathroom to get changed, once I was done I followed Cook through the door to my doom.

Looks like Leo is in trouble, DUN DDDDUUUUNNNNN! What do you guys think of the name for the killer, acturlly I have an idea.
I want you guys to tell me which name is better 'The Slient Gunner' or 'Blood Blade' (due to the fact the killer leaves a pool of blood when he kills). Or if you guys have any better names please I beg you do tell! (Okay a bit over the top there). Anyway Thank you AwesomeMC for the ongoing comments they made me want to go on! :) And to all you readers out there reading or even looking at this, Thanks!
The action is begining to intensify! But I'm not telling you yet you have to read it ;).
