And then him getting drunk too, and then Legolas and Arwen come to find them, and Legolas and Arwen are just looking disapprovingly at their respective dads, and Elrond and Thranduil cowering in fear, and Loki just smirking till Thor walks in.
I'm going crazy with Thranduil Loki scenarios.

So basically, Thranduil, Loki, and Lucius Malfoy own a hair salon in Diagon Alley.
And they have customers like Katniss.
