Hi my beloved people of planet earth! I am updating after a long time so I am a little rusty.

Getting to the point, how many of you feel suffocated by your own thoughts? Well I definitely do. It's almost like your thoughts are so chaotic and loud that you don't understand yourself. The only word that describes this situation is confused.

No one understands what you are going through. Some sympathise others just think you have your panties in a twist. It is difficult to survive. This chapter is dedicated to all you peeps who feel alone and purposeless. You are anything but alone. Trust me.
If you feel hopelessly numb do something you love. It helps. Or write. Or draw. Something to pour out your tangled thoughts. Maybe listen to music.

But don't spiral into a state of non existence. Stay alive. The world is beautiful. You are beautiful. No one expects you to be perfect. Your imperfections make you human.

I would like to end this short chapter with an Indian folktale my dad told me.
******

Once upon a type, the great king Akbar presented a question to his court, "Which sentence will make a happy man sad and a sad man happy? "

All his men were dumbstruck. They racked their brains but couldn't find the answer.

Finally Birbal, the wisest of his men, stood up and with a twinkle in his said, "It will pass."
******

My dear friends, it will pass. It's like a cyclone, it may damage you but only if you allow it to. Nothing can harm you but yourself. You are strong. Very, very strong.

Take courage and face it. Don't forget to ask for help of you need it. If you need a friend, I am sure I can help.

Lots of Love,
Mad.
