Zoe's POV.
We were having such a great time together. He was being such a gentleman. When he kept trying to be cute he would always mess up and he was so embarrassed. I would keep getting these off feelings though. Like someone was watching us or something but when I looked no one was there. It just might be paranoia though. We were getting ready to head home when I saw a bush moving. It wasn't windy outside at all. It was actually really hot. Something has to be in that bush.
"Earth to Zoe." Garrett was waving his hand in front of my face. I didn't even realize I was zoned out that long.
"Do you see that over there?" I pointed towards the bush to see if he saw it moving too.
"Yeah the bush is moving." He didn't seem as concerned as I was. "Maybe it's just a squirrel Zoe." Garrett's probably right. I'm overreacting.Grant's POV.
I saw them leaving and I had to get home before them. I was getting ready to to turn and leave then I saw them leaning in. No! They can't kiss. I tripped over a stick then fell out of the bush.
"Grant?" I heard Zoe say. I looked up and they were both staring at me.
"I was just um, going for a walk and fell." I smiled sweetly. Garrett looked like he wanted to rip my head off and Zoe just looked confused.
"... Okay then. Well we were just heading home. See you later." She smiled and they both walked away. That was so close. I'm pretty sure Garrett knows something about my plan, but I can still pull it off.
Garrett's POV.
He is literally driving me insane. I know he likes Zoe and all but seriously. Stalking us on our date, that's a little weird. He seriously needs to find a girlfriend because I'm tired of him coming after Zoe.
