Zoe's POV.
Logan and I went into a café and found a table.
"This is such a great place to eat. You will love it."
"How did you hear about it?" I was so curious because we walked a long way to get here.
"My girlfriend's parents' own it." He has a girlfriend. Of course. If you just look at him you can tell he obviously does. I wanted to make Garrett jealous with him but I can't do that if he has a girlfriend.
"Oh. What's your girlfriend's name?" I didn't want to know but I was just making conversation.
"Her names Jada. We've been together for 3 years now. She makes me really happy. She is really nice and pretty. I think we will have a long future together." He smiled genuinely thinking about her.
"She sounds amazing."
"She is" he says smiling really big
Just then the waitress came and took our order.
"So Who was that guy who wanted you to go with him?"
"That's Garrett he's my best friend, we dated for a few months then some stuff happened and we broke up."
"He seemed really upset that you were with another guy"
"I'm sure he was."
Logan and I talked about a lot of things and I found out that he's a sophomore and he's on the football team.
Once I got home Garrett came up to me.
"So how was your date with that guy?" Garrett says sarcastically
"It wasn't a date." I said
