(Dean's POV)

When it's dinner time, Sam brings food up to my room for Lisa and I. She pulls my desk chair up so she can sit beside my bed. We continue to watch TV as we eat, but barely. I have the volume down low so we can talk.

"Lisa?" I ask before swallowing a bite of my food.

She looks at me after setting her fork on her plate. "Yeah?"

"What happened with you and I? Can you clear things up?"

"Well," she pauses for a moment. "You just want the summary?"

I shrug, "sure," then take a bite of my food.

"We met, we talked, you had a misunderstanding with my now ex-boyfriend, Crowley. Then you and Castiel started having a thing, then you and I started having a thing, but you broke it off to be with Castiel," she paused to fake a drink of her glass of water. "The. I was kind of mad at you, but you apologized and we became friends again."

"I'm glad I apologized."

She smiles, "me too."

We continue to eat the rest of our food and watch the television. I have no idea what's on anymore. Some weird but funny show I've never heard of. Lisa and I kept cracking up. To be honest, I really like her laugh. I wonder why Castiel and I were on and off. From the stories he was tellin me, it sounded like we were happy together.

*twenty minutes later*

"I should probably get back home now.." Lisa stand up but I grab her wrist since she's so close.

"Wait, please don't go yet." I'm not sure what I'm doing. She should go before these feeling I'm getting get any worse.

"Well, I guess I could stay a little while longer..."

I let go, smiling, "thank you," and she sits on my bed.
A part of me wants Castiel to be here instead, but a part of me wants to kiss Lisa.. I'm screwed.

Eventually, Lisa was laying on my bed next to me. We aren't cuddling though, if that's what you're thinking.. even though I kind of want to. Lisa was looking at the stitches on my stomach again, frowning.

"I hate that this happened to you," she says. "You poor thing."

"Yeah, isn't it just awesome?" I put a lot f sarcasm on the word 'awesome', and Lisa laughs. "I really like your laugh, and the smile that comes with it.."

Wow.

"Oh," her cheeks turn into a faint shade of red.

I mentally slap myself. I shouldn't be saying things like that. Castiel is my boyfriend, well, apparently he is.. I just, I don't know... I don't even have any memories of us, so it's like we were never together. Accept, they dream I had of us in the park.. It felt so real... I need to talk to him about it.

"I'm sorry," I tell her. "I shouldn't say things like that."

"Oh, no. It's fine Dean. I don't mind." The share of red becomes brighter. "You can say anything you'd like."

I smirk, "oh yeah?"

She quietly giggles, "yeah."

"Well," no Dean, stop it. Shut up! "You're cute when you blush too." Ugh. God dammit.

She continues to smile at me, the corners of her mouth never forming new a frown. Her brown eyes have a small twinkle in them form the reflection of the light, and I can't stop looking at them. But then... Castiel's blue eyes popped in my mind. His bright, blue, and beautiful eyes. The prettier eyes that I have ever seen. And, I miss them... I wish he was the one by my side right now.. But he obviously didn't want to be here, hence why he didn't even show up. So, forget that. Lisa is here.
