Part 21: Wait For The Burn

Hey fans! Sorry I haven't uploaded in a while, but here it is, the 21st chapter of AMS, this is the second to last chapter, so I hope you like it! VOTE, FAN, AND COMMENT PLEASE!

I've never felt my heart pick up such pace in a matter of seconds, and my butterflies make me feel sick to my stomach. All of the royals were set on the door, including Ian. So that's what I did, but I was afraid of what would happen. I could hear, smell, and taste the rebellion approaching, they were outside the doors now, and it scared me. Ian's grip tightened around my waist, right before the door shot open, revealing the rebellion in a group. Kieyera in the front, with Keanan next to her, and Chance on the other side. He wasn't bound by rope or anything, or being dragged, he was walking on his own. Is he on their side?! Or something?! The whole group moved up with Kieyera as the lead.

"I'm guessing I don't have to explain why we're here." Kieyera replied.

"We know why you're here." Sabelle said calmly. Kieyera smirked.

"I see you brought Chance." Taksony responded, staring at his biggest threat. I noticed Edric was holding back feelings, seeing his son in person must be hard for him. Meanwhile, Chance was staring at Ian and I. With a slight glare on his face, but he tasted of pain. I wish I hurt him, but not like I meant to.

"Scared much, Taksony?" Keanan asked rudely. I turned and glared at him. Keanan was such an ass.

"Watch yourself Keanan." Panyin warned.

"Or what? As I see it, you're all gonna die anyway." he responded.

"Then let's stop wasting time, and get this over with." Sabelle suggested. The whole rebellion smirked in response.

"I agree. Chance?" Kieyera turned to Chance. Chance used his fangs and bit into his wrist, allowing blood to flow from it. The royals stood up, everyone went into their fighting stance. The royals tasted of fear, of Chance's blood.

"I guess there's no way to negotiate." Malpirgi stated. Kieyera shook her head.

"I'm afraid this is our territory now." she paused and looked at Jabir, who's expression went from scared like the other royals to a devilish grin. "Right master?" she asked. The royals all looked at Jabir in shock.

"Yes, my pet." he replied. The royals and the rebellion gasped, finding out that it was Jabir's doing all along. He was the person who brought Kieyera back to life, he is the one she follows! Before anyone could react anything more Jabir turned around and threw a deadly blow at Sabelle next to him, who was unprepared. Which caused her to topple down. He pulled a stake out from his jacket pocket and stabbed it into her heart within milliseconds of the blow. She quickly rotted and disappeared into dust.

The royals and rebellion went into action then, rebellion started fighting against the remaining royals, with Jabir on their side. Ian and I detached so we could fight as well. I noticed Nailah taking down Panyin, I quickly threw my hand up using my power from Chance's imprint latching onto Nailah. She froze as I lifted her off of Panyin and threw her across the room. She came crashing down the wall, with an angry expression.

"I'm gonna kill you bitch!" she mumbled. She came running at me, but I was too fast, I dodged her, grabbing a chunk off of a wooden post, and shoved it into her heart as she came at me again.

"Nice try." I muttered. She rotted and turned to dust. I kept my self made stake with me as I moved on. I went to Edric and Burrell fighting. Edric and him were at a somewhat tie, but Edric didn't have a stake.  "Edric!" I called. He looked at me, that's when I tossed him the stake, he caught it shoving it into Burrell quickly. As Burrell dissinigrated Edric turned to me.
