Phil's POV:

Today, I finally decided what I had been wanting to do for a while now.

Make YouTube videos.

I had made the channel months ago. 'AmazingPhil'. Though it was empty. Deserted. Lonely. I must fix that problem. I must upload a video, but what would the video be? A sketch? An advice video? A vlog? I decided a vlog because I don't think I was funny or creative enough to make a sketch and an advice video... I can barely give myself good advice.

I didn't have professional equipment, but I was only starting out, so it shouldn't matter at this point. I scrounged through a the desk drawers and eventually my hand found what it was searching for. The webcam in all its not-so-much glory. Maybe I should buy a new camera? No. I would probably end up procrastinating again. I plugged the webcam into my laptop's usb port and waited for the computer to detect it, which fortunately, it did. Automatically, the web cam turned on and the screen appeared, revealing the edge of my face, the couch and the wall: where the camera was pointed.

I was left hovering my mouse over the the neon red circle to record. What should I talk about? How can I introduce myself? I clicked on the circle shaped button and started recording.

"Hello".

Dan's POV:

Dan watched as Oliver stopped in his tracks and nervously examined Jennifer's every move. Jennifer was oblivious to how Oliver truly felt.

Oliver cleared his throat, then asked "Hey, Jen, can we talk?"She shrugged her thin shoulders, and to Oliver's relief nodded. "Sure.". The blonde boy led Jennifer outside the building to talk, as Dan stood where he was and focused on from a distance and hoped it went okay.

Most the day was boring. Uneventful, well, except from that close encounter with Matt. That was close. Matt always bloodthirsty to surround the vulnerable and week. He never had mercy.

Dan never seemed to find Oliver or Jennifer that day, so maybe it did turn out okay. Maybe they were together.

After heading home, to his lovely mum and ignorant dad, he got changed into his everyday wear, then walked round to Phil's house.

"Honey, I'm homeeeee!" Dan shouted, his voice slightly echoing through the house.

"Welcome home!" Phil called out, making Dan smile uncontrollably and head over to Phil's room. It did feel like home to Dan, in fact, he wished he could just live here forever with Phil. And it could possibly be his home one day. Dan had the occasional fantasy of this and it always made the boy feel so fuzzy and warm inside, just so... Happy. Their life together could be perfect.

Dan entered Phil's room and found the ebony haired boy, lazily sat on the small couch, typing increasingly fast on his laptop. "Whatcha doing?" Dan grinned, leaning against the door frame.

His eyes not leaving the screen, he replied, "uploading a video.". Phil had finally got around to making a video, which of course Dan had been dying for Phil to do. Dan lightly travelled across the room and allowed his chin to rest on Phil's shoulder.

"Ooh, I want to see." Dan demanded like a child.

Phil turned around a pecked Dan on the lips. "You will in 10 minutes, Danny," Phil said, so softly and gently, "There's chips from the takeaway, which are in the kitchen.". As soon as Phil mentioned those chips, Dan only then realised how hungry he was, thanking Phil, kissing on the cheek, then dashing into the kitchen to scoff his face with. The plate was left completely empty, nothing but the remains of tomato sauce splattered. The boy washed his plate and walked to Phil's room and impatiently waited with Phil for the video to upload.

Dan's eyes widened when the screen read '100%' as he placed himself on the arm of the sofa. The video buffered, then finally played revealing Phil sat on the settee in the living room. He had drawn cat whiskers on his face, which appeared to be drawn possibly out of felt tip or sharpies.

"Hello," Phil smiled, perfectly, "my names Phil, and this isn't my first YouTube video. I need to get into this whole 'vlogger thing'. I know new YouTubers aren't very interesting, but I will try for you guys!" Phil explained, pointing directly at the camera. "So here's Lion." Phil giggled, picking up this tiny, plush lion sitting straight in the palm of his hand. A little red annotation popped up as a speech bubble from Lion saying 'hi!'. Dan laughed as he cuddled up to Phil and watched the rest of the video.

"So yeah, hope you all liked 2nd video and comment below what you think I should talk about next time. Byee!" Phil beamed, doing a hand-heart at the screen, which then switched to black.

"I sure liked it, Phil." Dan smiled. Phil wrapped his hands around Dan. "Thank you." Phil whispered. Dan honestly did love Phil's attempt of a video. Dan had absolutely no doubt Phil would become big on YouTube.

Later that night, after several play fights and kisses and hugs, the two finally went to bed, well almost. They were dressed in nothing but their boxers, snuggled in bed, but listening to music and talking. Phil's bedroom had a faint light bedside light keeping the room from becoming pitch black.

When this one song started to play, the two were stopped chatting and listened. "I won't give on us," Dan spoke along with the song, "I won't.". The two looked into each others eyes, admiring and appreciating this moment. "I won't.". Phil promised slowly lunging to Dan kiss him.

But did Phil keep that promise?
