A crush
A most wonderful rush
Of admiring beams
A strong liking it seems
But only for a short time
Then it fades along the line
Feeling lust
Is very exciting I trust
Built on passion
Just done for fashion
What was thought of love, was theft
Then there is a gap left
Infatuation
A heartbreaking tradition
Something that lasts temporarily long
Holding on, the feeling is so strong
After a while, your heart is lost
Look at what blind mistakes cost!
To ourselves we're tired of lying
Needing but reluctant for the real thing
Like then love
The true gift from above
Admire then conspire
Adoration and desire
Until death do thus part
The fullfilment of the heart.
