Charlotte's POV
"Are you almost ready?" Aunty Sophie asked, sticking her head in the door. "Everyone will be coming in a minute."
"Do I look like a princess?" I asked her.
"Charlotte you're the most beautiful Jasmine I've ever seen. Now come on."
I took her hand and we went downstairs. I was excited, it was finally my birthday, finally my party. All my friends were coming and daddy, he was coming and that was much more important.
"Happy birthday." Gabby yelled at me, hugging me.
Gabriella was my best friend, she always had been and it had been her birthday yesterday. She was one day older than me.
"You're Pocahontas." I yelled hugging her back.
"Yeah Mom made me." Gabby said. "I wanted to be Princess Fiona but mom said being an ogre wasn't lady like or some shit."
We both giggled. Gabriella used a swear word. Gabby always used swear words.
"Come on." She said grabbing my hand. "You have presents."
We went out to the backyard and I looked around, Aunty Sophie had made everything look just like a fairytale, it was perfect.
"Happy birthday." Aunt Stacey said coming over to me. I didn't like Aunt Stacey much, I'd heard her be mean to my mommy and I didn't like it.
"Look at you." Mommy gushed, walking over to me.
I just looked at her and stared. She was beautiful. My mommy was the real princess at this party.
"You look perfect." She said, picking me up and kissing me.
"Mommy." I whispered. "You look beautiful, even more beautifuler than the real Princess Aurora."
"And you are prettier than Jasmine." She grinned, putting me down. "Now be sure to say hello to everyone."
"Is daddy here?" I asked.
She shook her head. "Not yet."
I tried not to look sad. I sure hope he hadn't forgotten.
I did what mommy said and went around, being polite, thanking everyone for their gifts but that was silly if you asked me, I hadn't opened them yet, what if they were terrible?
I was dying to get on the jumping castle and Gabby and I had almost snuck away from everyone when I heard him. My daddy was here.
I turned around and oh my gosh, he was the perfect Prince Charming, he looked beautiful too.
"Daddy." I screamed and he looked at me and smiled.
I ran over to him, hugging him.
"Happy birthday princess." He smiled, kissing me.
I wrapped my arms around his neck and he picked me up.
"This party looks like fun." He told me.
"You're very handsome daddy." I said grabbing his face and kissing him.
"And you're very beautiful." He whispered.
"Daddy." I said softly, leaning over so I could whisper. "Have you seen mommy?"
He shook his head, looking around, and I knew when he saw her, he made a funny noise. My daddy could be silly.
"Isn't she beautiful." I whispered.
"Very beautiful." He murmured.
"Mommy." I yelled. "Daddy's here."
She looked at us and waved. I didn't want her to wave, I wanted her to come over and see how beautiful daddy looked. Luckily Aunt Sophie was with her and she said something to my mommy and she looked at us again and walked over.
"Hi." She said to daddy.
"Hi." He said quietly.
I looked at them, they looked strange and mommy's cheeks were going red.
"Charlotte." Aunt Sophie called. "Come here."
I looked at Aunt Sophie, she made me laugh, Mulan wasn't suppose to be pregnant, but I guess none of the princesses were.
Daddy put me down. Aunt Sophie was waving at me but I wanted to stay with mum and dad.
I rolled my eye's and walked over to her, but not before I heard something that made me burst with happiness and I walked over with a big smile on my face.
"You look very happy." Aunt Sophie said to me.
I did. I was very happy because of what I'd just heard.
I heard my daddy say. "You look beautiful Ana."
