Luke's P.O.V.

Yesterday was literally one of my favorite days now - well except when I got into an argument with Harry, actually twice on the same day - nonetheless I had an amazing day. I'm also hoping that today will be another one of those amazing days I'm counting for.

"Since when didn't you make me laugh?"

Her cute giggle sounded angelic to me, since it wa sone of the first times I've heard it. I didn't regret taking her number from Liam's contacts, it was a good decision.

Harry was right, Lauren is beautiful and, in general, everything about her seems amazing. I won't say perfect because no one is perfect, it depends on a person's perspective. To me, though, she is perfect in her own way. I can actually be honest with this, I think I like her more than just a friend.

It's strange how you develop a friendship through a text from an unknown number, then you always keep contact and Skype. Now you've developed feelings for that person. I cared for Lauren, and now I care even more. I've made it my mission to keep her away from Harry because I know he'll end up hurting her again. I will not take my chances on that.

Lauren: are you gonna come over today? :)

Me: Yep, I'll be over in 30 :-)

Lauren: Stop with that weird smiley, okay see you!

I sent her the weird smiley over and over again to make her laugh or to annoy her a bit. I do know how much she hates the smiley with a nose, but she used it yesterday on a text. Maybe I can show her that later.

I took a quick shower before getting all dressed. A gray shirt, black skinny jeans, and my blue beanie. I don't like getting all worked up over clothing so this is the best I could do.

"You have a date don't you?" Calum asked, walking in only wearing his sweats.

"Not exactly a date," I pointed out, grabbing my phone and wallet.

"I hope you get that girl because it seems as though you really like her."

"I guess," I say.

I slipped passed him and I walked out into the hotel hallway. We were on the ninth floor which was high up and it sort of made me nervous.

Damn it.

I walked passed mom in the hallway - trying not to get caught. She knew about Lauren, and she liked her, but she hated me going out alone.

"Where are you going?" She asked.

"Out to meet someone," I answer.

"Who?"

"Lauren,"

"Good luck with that Lucas," mom chuckled.

I groaned at the mention of that name, "Lucas" like really, it just sounds wrong.

I turn my heel and went into the elevator. I pressed the buttons and waiting for my designated floor, which is the lobby. I was praying that there were not much people around so I could leave quicker.

All I wanted to do today is see Lauren and hear her voice. I used to like her voice whenever we called each other or video chatted, but now that I've heard her voice personally, I've falled in love with it and maybe...with her as well.

When I got to her house, my hands were suddenly sweaty and I was feeling really nervous. Maybe it was because this seemed like those dates, but it's actually just a hang out. Or I'm really nervous to meet her other brothers.
