IMPORTANT: This story has been rewritten. The whole plot has been changed and in general this is like a whole new thing. So please don't hate or complain about it. I just wanted the story to sound better and more matured.

I suggest that you all re-read the story so there wouldn't be any confusion at all. The story is somehow shorter because I couldn't find time to update because I am on vacation.

Vote and please Comment your suggestions my friends :-)

Lauren's P.O.V.

Today was my date with Luke. First of all, we always had these movie dates, but we hardly ever considered them as a couple date - it was more of a friendly date. I'm not really looking forward to this date, for all I know this could just be a movie date - but I'm doing this for Luke.

I got dressed in my teal my gray tank top, denim shorts, and black converse. I hated getting all over dressed for dates, it just seemed right to be casual on your first date. I just curled the bottom half of my hair and waited for Luke to come over. About an hour later my brother was shouting downstairs - I wasn't even aware that he was home already.

"Lauren! Your boyfriend is here!" Mike shouted.

I came downstairs with my phone in hand, and my wallet in my pocket. I gave him a look and he chuckled. "First of all, he isn't my boyfriend. Second, how are you home?"

"Well, I have a date as well, just waiting for you to leave." Mike said.

I nodded and went over to look, who was standing at the door. He was wearing his usual black shirt, black skinny jeans, and a red flannel. He smiled at me and I gave him a hug.

"Be back by-"

"Okay," I cut off Mike and we left the house. I wasn't up for curfews or any threats from Michael.

Luke led me to his car and I hopped in. He followed and buckled his seat belt.

"Nerd," I snorted.

"Safety first!" He whined and buckled my seat belt. It makes me laugh whenever he goes all out about our safety.

He turned on the radio and the first thing that came on was Teenage Dirtbag, that's when I realized Luke had his mix tape in. He has a good taste in music that was why I was never worried what came on the radio.

"Where are we going?" I ask.

"It's a surprise." He grins. He had his hand on my thigh, giving me goosebumps It was like bolts of electricity shooting throughout my body.

"C-cliche," I stuttered. He grinned even more and a blush crept on my face. Fuck.

"Everything we do is cliche." He says.

"Obviously," I joked trying to get rid of the awkward tension.

"But I like it."

We have been driving for about half an hour and I still had no clue where Luke's taking me. The only thing that isn't making me nervous are the nice views I could see while we were driving. It was just 5:30 p.m. and we had all the time in the world. I'm sure Mike won't even be home when Luke takes me back to my place.

Luke stopped in front of McDonald's which made me giggle a bit. Luke rolled his eyes at me and quickly got out of the car and opened my side of the car. He was so cliche about this.

"Cliche." I whispered to him as we walked into McDonald's.

"That's how we roll." He whispered back.
