Song: What The Hell by Avril Lavigne

Friday finally came and Julia and I were trying to chose what to wear. I wasn't really bothered but Julia insisted I wear something to catch some boys attention.
"Wear this!" She handed me a long sleeved short black dress. I grabbed my leather jacket to throw on top.
"Heels. You need heels."
"No Julia, I am wearing my converse." I don't particularly wanting random guys wanting in my pants, I'm not putting much effort into looking 'beautiful' for this party. I plan on leaving after half an hour like Julia said.
"Really? Your converse? For a party?" She looked at me like I was crazy.
"Well yeah, I'm leaving after half an hour remember? I don't plan on staying." I folded my arms over my chest, then grabbed my converse, slipping them on.
"Fine, if it means you'll go, then put them on quickly."
It was 8:30pm, Luke and Calum were already there. We didn't drive because Michaels house was actually in the street beside mine. I sighed as we left. My parents weren't really home most of the time, always away on business trips at the weekends but they have a ridiculous amount of money every week for the weekend. I always saved it up though.
We made our way to Michaels house, seeing people outside in the front lawn, red cups already been thrown on the grass. We stepped inside, immediately spotting Luke in the crowd.
We walked over to them, they had cups in their hands.
"Hey Blaze, you decided to show up!" Calum spoke first, taking a sip of his drink which I could guess was beer.
"Julia dragged me, but I'm wearing my converse so that's one good thing." They looked down at my feet, chuckling as they seem my black low converse.
"Only you blaze," Luke laughed.
"Only you to be the tallest one in the crowd Luke," I laughed, as he playfully glared at me. The four of us, me, Julia, Calum and Luke have all been best friends since pre school. We had a hard time making friends since we considered the 'weird kids'. So we made our own friend group and by the time we got to high school more people like us joined our friend group and now we're well known.
"So are you enjoying the party so far?" A familiar voice caught my attention. I turned round and seen a grinning Ashton Irwin.
"Sorry, but how do you guys know each other?" Luke asked looking confused, I completely forgot to tell them.
"Let's just say we both have an interest in drumming, and our science teacher isn't." He smirked at me.
"Don't worry guys, I know what you're thinking. I'm not like Michael, I hate the drugs and partying every weekend." He told them exactly what he told me.
"Yet here you are, at a party. Michaels to be precise." Julia remarked, raising an eyebrow.
"I come to Michaels only because he's my best friend and he throws good ones. But I don't party every weekend. I haven't been to one in a month so.. Here I am." I smiled at him. Ashton doesn't seem the type of person who would hang around with someone like Michael. He seems like a good guy, who everybody loves but isn't full of himself.
"Well, I better find Michael but have fun guys," he smiled and waved at us before walking off getting lost in the crowd.
"He seems.." Luke trailed off
