Chapter 32: Holiday

Nia and I stayed up the entire night while the boys faded around 2am. They're alarms would be going off in around two minutes and we were waiting patiently until they went off to scream and wake them up.

"How's things going with you and ash?"

"Great, I can't believe he actually asked me to be his girlfriend. I've known him forever and we hadn't spoken in years but I guess I always had that bit of a crush on him."

"Aw! That's so cute!" And finally the alarm went off. Nia and I took one look at each other and immediately we knew.

"WAKE UP SLEEPY HEADS ITS TIME FOR MYSTERY HOLIDAY!" I screamed in Michaels ear but it completely backfired as he immediately jumped up and since my head was near his we whacked heads together.

"Ow! What'd you do that for?" I looked at him, acting extremely hurt.

"What? You're the all up in my grill dude!" I laughed at him, flopping on to his chest, probably falling asleep any second now since I haven't had any sleep along with Nia who looked like she could fade any minute now.

"Blaze, you can't fall asleep on us now! We're wide awake now," before I could even respond to Ashton's comment, I heard light snores coming from above me. It was Michael. Soon enough I found myself doing the same.

When I eventually woke up, I was in a car resting on somebody's knee. I looked up and seen Michael looking down smiling at me which made me do the same. 

''Did I fall asleep again?'' My voice croacked as I had just woken up. 

''Yeah, we got your stuff cause Nia here knew everything you were bringing so she told us and we put it in the car. Don't worry we'll be at the airport soon. You can have plenty of sleep on the plane.'' Ashton explained. 

''I won't be able to sleep, I'll be to excited.'' I explained, soon drifting back into sleep.

Sooner than I thought, we had made our way through the airport, past security and now we were eating food waiting for our flight to be called. I sat between Michael and Nia, my head was rested on Michael's shoulder and since Nia was so tired, she had her head rested in my lap. Nia and I were still dying to know where the boys are taking us, but it won't be long until we find out which will be on the plane. 

I must'be been in some kind of daze because Michael was squirming around which broke me from my daze. 

''Babe, we have to go our flight just got called.'' I squealed, pretty loudly which woke Nia up. Nia and I walked to our gate number, and waited patiently in line to get on the plane. Once on the plane, I sat between Michael , of course, and Luke. 

''So where are-'' I was interrupted by the pilot's message. 

''Hello ladies and gentlemen. Our flight to Los Angeles, California will take around fourteen hours.'' In that moment I looked across the aisle at Nia who was already looking at me as we both squealed in our seats. 

I turned back to look at Michael and pulled him into a some what hug considering we we sitting down.

I slept most of the flight , woken up by Luke the last two hours of the flight because Michael was also sleeping and he was bored. 

''Let's play I Spy.'' He randomly blurted out. I looked at him weirdly but went along with it. 

''Okay, I spy my little eye something.. purple.'' I looked to my left and seen the newly dyed hair of Michael Clifford. 

''Easy. It's my boyfriend.'' I laughed at him when I could tell from his facial expressions I had got it right. Soon enough we landed, Michael was awake and Nia and I were far too excited to arrive at our hotel and get settled in then go explore LA. We ran to baggage claim, grabbing our suitcases and waited for the others. Nia and I sat down on our suitcases, my eyes were drooping from the lack of sleep I had. The boys walked over to us once they had their stuff. I pulled along my suitcase in one hand and held Michael's hand in the other. 

We got a taxi which took us to the hotel, I was falling asleep but I was determined not to because then my sleeping pattern will be messed up. Michael and I shared a room, then Nia and Ashton and then Luke and Calum. I flopped down on the bed, loving the satisfaction of messing up the perfectly laid sheets. I began giggling to myself, beginning to feel delirious. 

''Did we pick the right place to come to?'' Michael blurted out.

''Of course, any place would be amazing. I mean that.'' I stood up, standing in front of him. I wrapped my arms round his neck, and pecked him on the lips. 

''Now I need to change because I'm sweaty and I smell. So I'm going to take a shower.'' He laughed at him before smiling. I went to the bathroom, after picking out some comfortable shorts and an ACDC shirt. I wash my hair, and soon enough step out of the shower again. 

I grabbed my bra and underwear, slipping them on. Then I put my black shorts on along with my shirt. Once I walked out into the bedroom again, I seen Michael playing on his phone. So I decided to give him a little scare. 

''OH MY GOD MICHAEL!'' I screamed at the top of my lungs, making him jump and fall off the bed in a fluster. I burst into laughter until there was tears in my eyes. 

''What, what's wrong?!'' 

''Nothing, I just wanted to scare my lame boyfriend.'' He glared at me playfully as I grinned back showing my teeth. 

''Ha ha very funny babe. But we both know I'm the best boyfriend ever.'' I noticed a look on his face when he said the last part. It made me a little uncomfortable but I decided to shrug it off. 

''I can't believe you guys actually brought us to LA. I've always wanted to come here you know?'' We stood there in each other's arms, swaying slightly. 

''Stand on my feet.'' He blurted out, and I looked up at him weirdly. 

''Just do it babe.'' I stood on his feet and began to sway us from side to side, slowly moving around. One of my hands rested on his shoulder and the other was in his hand as his other hand rested on my waist. 

''The reason I chose this place was because I knew you always wanted to come here. I don't know about Nia but she seems pretty happy to be here.'' In that moment, it was cliche but.. In that moment I knew Michael was someone I needed in my life.
