A/N: I wouldn't usually put an authors note at the beginning but currently I'm so pissed off. I wrote a four thousand word chapter for this one but Wattpad was a dick and completely deleted everything. So thanks for that. I totally wanted to double up on my writing time so that I could mess up my studying schedule. (Note the sarcasm)Ugh! I currently hate life so much. Aright guys I'm sorry for being a whiny brat but I had to let that out before I chunked my laptop across the room. Uggggggghhhhhh. I hope y'all weirdos like this chapter.•April•
I wake to the peaceful sounds of birds chirping as they rise for the day. I smile because I have always enjoyed mornings and the beautiful rays of sun that shine through the window. Even as a child I woke up happy and never once complained to my parents, something they seemed to appreciate.
I know one person who absolutely hates mornings. I would even say that she would get rid of them if she possibly could.
Crap and I almost forgot that I stayed with her last night and in the same bed as her at that. Shit I also finally came to terms that I like the small brunette.
Last night I fell asleep cuddling her, something I had to talk her into. But last night her back was cuddled into my front and my head rested above hers. Now it seems that she has moved in her sleep and I can't help but smile.
Now Kacey's head is buried in the crook of my neck and she has her arms wrapped around my back as mine wrap around her waist.
I decide that is time to wake the tiny fighter no matter how mad she will be at me.
"Kacey." I whisper quietly.
"It's time to get up." I coo to her again.
"Hmmm." she mumbles distastefully into my neck, as she cuddles closer.
"But you're so warm." Kacey whines.
I chuckle and begin to run my hands through her beautiful soft hair. As I do so I can't help think of my own hair.
I love my hair, don't get me wrong, but currently it's a mess. It reaches to my waist and gets tangled way too much. I don't want to deal with it anymore so I think I want to get a hair cut today. Maybe I should ask Kacey to come with me.
Speaking of the tiny fighter I hear her hum once again but this time in contentment. It seems like Kacey loves it when someone plays with her hair. I'll definitely have to remember that.
"Hey Kacey, do you want to come with me to get my hair cut today?" I ask her still running my fingers through her hair beautiful brown hair.
"Only if I can be warm for a little longer." the tiny brunette mumbles in response.
"Are you, Kacey Parks, wanting to cuddle for once?" I can't help but joke with her.
"No. You are warm and I'm simply laying really close to you so that I steal your warmth." she mumbles, sending small tingles down my spine as her lips brush against my neck when she speaks.
Gosh pull it together. You need to stop being so weird. It's not like Kacey will ever like me back anyways.
"Sure." I say with a smile and a chuckle.
However not even a moment later we hear footsteps walking down the hall towards Kacey's room.
"Kacey! Come to the kitchen when your ready I made breakfast this morning!" Ms. Parks shouts from the other side of the door.
"Uggghhh." Kacey groans and I can't help but let out a small giggle as she finally decides to roll away from me and out of the bed.
As I see her grab her jeans to get dressed I decide that I should do the same. I jump out of the bed and grab my jeans. Both of us change and as I turn back around I see that Kacey is running a brush quickly through her hair.
