Chapter 14

Meanwhile when school was over that day, Chuck came out of class and was looking for Toni. He left the hallway and went to the parking lot searching for her with his eyes. He was still looking for her when he felt someone tug at his arm he turned only to find out that it was Natasha. He gave a sigh of disappointment and pulled his hand away

"CC" she cooed

Chuck faced raising a brow "What"

"Go shopping with me"

"Yea I like going shopping with you" he told her

"Really?" Natasha grinned

"Yea because if we do other things it seems like you're really my girlfriend and I don't want that"

Natasha's smile dropped and her face was growing red with anger and embarrassment
"Do you hate me that much?" She asked him

"Yea"

"Why?"

"Because we're engaged. Break the engagement and I'll like you a bit more"

"But Chuck you know I...."

"Hey Toni!" He finally spotted her and walked up to meet her ignoring Natasha.

Toni looked back when she heard her name and saw Chuck approaching her, she waved with a wide smile. Actually Toni knew she liked Chuck a lot he was caring, thoughtful and was always watching out for her. Though she suspected that he liked her too but said to herself that it might be a 0.1℅ percent chance of dating since he was already engaged.

"Long time, no see" he told her

"No, I called you once" she said

"Just once. I was expecting more"

Toni blushed and bent her head low. Chuck chuckled and a cuteness and slipped his hand into hers which startled her a bit

"You're spending the rest of today with me"

"Me?.... Why?"

"Just follow me and don't ask any question"

He took her to his car and opened the door for her and walked over to his side

"Just tell me where we're going" she asked as Chuck drove

"OK if you insist....we're going to my house"

"Your house!" She almost screamed

"Don't worry it's not the White House" he smiled at her.

Chuck to her to a place along the water side where the view was very pretty

"Is this your house?" She asked admiring the pretty view

"Besides the White House, this is where I stay when I want to be alone. You're the first person I'm bringing here"

Toni smiled and turned the other way trying to hide the dark shades appearing on her cheeks

"Let's go inside, I'll give you some clothes to wear then we'll go to the beach

"Sure"

She followed him inside. The interior view was much more beautiful than the exterior. It was quite big and spacious and very neat too.

Chuck looked through his closet he searched through it and finally came out with a shirt

"This should suit you better" he handed it to her " I'll wait for you outside" then he left taking some clothes with him.

Toni couldn't help blushing the whole time. She kept slapping her cheeks lightly to hide her red cheeks but she guessed that she was just too happy

She changed out of her school uniform and put on the shirt Chuck gave her which was way up above her knees. It wasn't that big on her it fitted her quite well.

She came out of the house and met Chuck waiting outside. She walked to where he was and stood by his side. Chuck turned and raised a brow when he saw her

"It suits you better than I thought" he took her hands in his

"Let's go play!" He ran to the water pulling her along with him

They ran into the water and ran out again playing like little kids. Toni kept on laughing each time and Chuck kept on smiling too happy that she was happy

"Do you like it?" He asked

"I love it, it's awesome. Being with you is awesome"

Chuck seemed to have blushed a little then he just said

"Let's go eat, I have something to tell you later"

"What?"

"I said later"

"I meant what are we eating"

"Oh" he laughed a but "Just this and that. I'm not a great cook, lets just have meat rolls and some other things

"Sounds great"

When they were done eating, he took her back to the beach and then sat on the floor. He patted the spot next to him gesturing her to sit by his side and she obeyed and sat.

They were quiet for a while both having different thoughts until Chuck spoke first

"I like you"

Toni was shocked and startled at first but she was probably screaming in her mind.

"I really like you" he said again and turned to look at her she turned too and was staring into his eyes.

Chuck closed his eyes and chased her lips then he finally caught them. Placing his lips softly against her lips. Slowly Toni responded to his kiss, kissing him passionately too

Toni broke the kiss first but she kept her gaze in his eyes

"Why?..... Why do you like me. I'm not the daughter of a conglomerate, you don't know anything about me. I think I have a stupid red hair and my eyes are not small"

Chuck smiled and stretched out his hand to ruffle her hair

"Stop worrying about that and just trust me. You're a weird clumsy girl with red hair and pretty eyes. I like that about you. You're perfect and the girl sitting next to me is the most beautiful girl I've ever seen"

After he said that he kissed her again more passionately than the last time and with every affection he had. He stopped the kiss for a moment and said

"You're my girl from now on"
He kissed her again running his hands through her hair and pulling her closer to him.

When they were done making out for a couple of minutes. He laid on the floor and pulled Toni towards him to rest on his arm

"Don't worry about school tomorrow. I'll take you just tell your parents you won't come home tonight"

"I live alone. My parents are out of Town"

"Great then" Chuck nodded enjoying Toni's presence beside him.

This chapter was just about Chuck and Toni.
