The next morning at Ian's house, the drunk girl Ian had brought in whose name Lucky woke up first. At first she slowly opened her eyes then closed them back, then she opened them fully and immediately she jumped up.

"OMG!....where am I?" She looked up trying to find her a clue.

"I really can't remember what happened last night.....where could this be?" She tried thinking about it but her memory was to empty. She sat upright to think clearly but immediately she jumped up.

"Ian!" She screamed "Could this be his house?". She put her shoes and went outside the room.
She marvelled at the the sight of the house.

"It's really Ian's house" she went further coming downstairs trying to find the door out.

"How the hell do I get out of here" she thought still looking around. It was a really big house with curvy stairs, nice floors. She couldn't really explain how it looked but one thing for sure it was beautiful.

Luckily for Lucky she finally found the door and was about to leave until somebody stopped her. She turned back only to realise that it was Chuck and she froze immediately.

"You're just going to leave like that......without saying thanks"

"Oh" she didn't know what to say "it's really Chuck" she said in her mind

"Thanks" she muttered

"Not to me" he told her "Ian was so scared about bringing a stranger to his house but he couldn't leave you on the streets. Next if you wanna drink, drink responsibly and don't put another guy in this situation" he concluded and left.

That same Lyn woke up to find out that she was the only one at home. Her dad had left a note that he had to leave early, her brother and her mum left without saying anything, no notes nothing at all. It made her sad, it made her want to cry, it made her feel that never loved her. It made her regret so much that she had to ditch her chance to perform to listen to some divorce crap. It was just her now, her father wouldn't have time for her, no friends and she still had Neal to face. She contemplated not going to school that morning but she gave it a second thought.

"If I don't go to school it means I'm running away. Why would I do that....Be strong" she held onto the necklace on her neck. She quickly got ready for school.

When she got to school she was quite scared, she didn't have that courage to face Neal. It was either she went to meet him or he found her instead.

What was she going to tell him? She didn't want to give excuses but she didn't want to get on her knees either.

She made up her mind to go to his music room. When she got there she stopped at the door, he legs were shaking a lot and her heart was pounding loudly. She gave up and was leaving and then she returned back again. She was about to open door when the door flung open on its own and she saw Neal standing before her which startled her.
That moment Neal gave a sexy smirk and he said

"The little chick always returns to the mother hen"

"Little chick?" Lyn looked at him strangely "What does that mean?"

"Does that matter?" Neal asked "What matters is that you lost last night without strumming a single note"

"So?" She tried to act strong when she probably knew she wasn't. She looked into the room and saw both of his friends inside and they were looking in her direction probably watching on how Neal was going to humiliate her but she wouldn't let that happen.

"You'll have to kneel and apologize to me. Have you forgotten"

"Why should I? You think you own this place because you're wealthy or something" she said angrily
"Apologize on my knees" she scoffed "And what if I don't? What will you do? Make my life miserable huh? What can a stupid rich spoilt kid like you do. Can't you forget about it you rude bastard" she screamed loudly attracting the attention of students and both Chuck and Ian who were inside.

Neal smiled a little to cover up his anger. He was losing it and he really wanted to step on this sharp mouthed bitch.

He gave her another look raising his brows then stepped closer to her which made Lyn retreat back.

"Why are you here if you wanted me to forget about it" he asked her catching her unaware

"What?"she said in surprise

"You seem to have been following me around recently. What is it that you want from me? You wanna be my my girlfriend ?" Neal gave a little laugh and continued

"It's not that either. Then what? Money? I don't think so. Or wait is it sex?" Then he gave a sly smile

"I think that's it. But you know what? I'll rather be a monk than have sex with a bitch like you"

"What! You bastard" Lyn screamed angrily slapping him hard on his face which made everyone to be surprised including Neal himself.

Neal's eyes glistened in anger he couldn't believe that she just hit him. He wanted to hit her back but stopped realizing she was a girl. Instead he pulled her by her hair and dragged her along with him

"Follow me" he said pulling her. He took her to the school's garden and pushed her in front of him.

"You have a lot of guts I mean it's unbelievable" he told her

"I wanted to let you off because I thought you were quite interesting, but now you overstepped your boundaries. You are really dead this time. I'll advice you to transfer" he said and walked away.

"Transfer? Why? Why would I transfer?" She screamed after him as he walked away then she fell on her knees.
She was really scared, she didn't mean to hit him but he overstepped his boundaries first. Her hands were shaking a lot and now how was she going to survive in this school.

Just then Toni came to where she was, she stretched out her hands and helped Lyn up

"Are you okay? He didn't hit you back or anything"

"No he didn't. I'm fine" Lyn replied

"You are really cool" Toni smiled giving her a thumbs up "No one has really talked to him like that before, I don't get why people are so scared of him probably because he has a lot of influence. He really is a rude bastard how could he say that to you?"

"Yes" Lyn managed "But what is he going to do to me"

"He could get you expelled. That's what he does to guys who try to pick up fights with him or overzealous girls that crush on him. But I don't think he's going to do that, he really wants to step on you. I guess you should transfer"

"Transfer? Why should I do that"

"Ok then just stay and endure" Toni adviced unconsciously.
