Chapter 31

It was a normal school atmosphere at Cherryfield High and as usual the three friends were together at Neal's practice room. Ian and Chuck had themselves engaged in a game on their cellphones she Neal was on his own with a headphone over his head and his eyes closed.

"Hey its lunch time" Chuck said dropping his phone "Let's go out"

"We're going to continue this after" Ian said putting off his cellphone and grabbing Chuck by his shoulder.

"We can't go to that restaurant we went to last week. I think my dad has people on the look out for me" Chuck said to Ian and they were about leaving when Chuck noticed that they were leaving Neal behind

"Hey Neal! Aren't you going" Chuck tapped him and just then Neal said

"Ian can you just forget about Lyn"

Ian and Chuck both looked at him with surprised faces and then Ian's brows furrowed immediately and he glared and Neal

"What do you mean?"

Then Neal pu down his headphones and opened his eyes

"Can't you just forget about Lyn?"

"Why?" Ian moved closer, clenching his teeth in anger "So you can have her instead?"

"Say whatever or think whatever, just forget about her. You can't be with her"

"Stop spewing nonsense" Ian almost screamed then he relaxed a little and had a smirk dancing on his lips

"Remind me again after she becomes my girlfriend this night" he said then walked out with Chuck who didn't forget to give them both crazy looks

"That bastard! He won't listen at all"

Meanwhile Lyn and Toni were coming out of the cafeteria and were walking to garden laughing about something funny that happened during the camp when Toni spotted someone familiar, someone she had always knew

"Daniel Clover???" She called walking slowly towards him to confirm

"Oh my Eva" he called back. Toni startled at the mention of Eva, it's been a while since she heard that name and most of her old friends didn't know she didn't want anyone to call her that name.

"Call me Toni from now on" she whispered and he was about to ask why but she shut him up with a glare

"But anyways what are you doing here. You're supposed to be in Germany" she asked him

"Germany is boring as hell, and besides I missed you. I'm back home for good" he pulled her closer and hugged her

Just then Chuck was passing by after coming back from eating with Ian but then he saw a strange guy hugging his girlfriend. He was surprised and a lil bit jealous and very curious he wanted to find out who the new mystery guy was

"Hey Toni!" He called walking towards them, Toni turned and raised a brow when she saw Chuck approaching and she mentally face palmed

"What are you doing here?" She asked him

"I wanted to see my girlfriend" he stressed the 'girlfriend' part so that Daniel could hear him, putting a hand over her shoulder he pointed at Daniel

"Who's this?"

"My friend" she replied pushing his hands off her shoulder

"Since when did you have a male friend?" Chuck pouted a bit
