I know I shouldn't really care but I just do. It's Johns birthday today. Or at least I think it's today I don't know the exact day anymore. All I know is that it's close to it. Makes me a little sad thinking about though. I haven't talked to him in a year and a half, and I may never get to again. I'm going to get us to Requiem... For John. I just got to create a small pulse that will override the engines and create an explosion. I just hope the Elites don't see it. If they do I'm going to have a real problem. Anyway I'm going to have to create a very concentrated electrical pulse. If it becomes too large it can damage the rest of the ship. It could reach the rest of the ship and could potentially override Johns system and kill him. I have to make sure it stays concentrated to that room. To do this I'm going to try to turn in the engines and when they give out I'll add a slight spark which should be enough to explode it. Once this is done we should be propelled in the opposite direction straight towards Requiem. That is of course if everything goes according to plan. So I'm going to connect myself inside the engine room which should just take a few seconds... And there we go, I'm in. Now for the hard part. The engines are pretty beaten up but I probably can get them on for a few seconds and when they give out it'll heat the gas and a spark will ignite it causing an explosion. Turning on gen 1 now... And it's on, now gen 2 and... Nothing. Damnit. Ok time to improvise. I have to work fast so I'm just going to create a larger explosion. It's risky but here goes nothing. BOOM. The explosion happened but I can't be sure if it worked. I'm connecting myself into the radar now. It says we are going west now! The opposite direction! It worked! Ok that's good, I took a huge risk creating that bigger explosion. I should check the damages. Ok... I see some fire trails leading around through the ship. They are close to where John is sleeping but it shouldn't be a problem. They really can't spread too much. They will probably die out soon enough. I am so glad that worked, to be honest I thought it wouldn't. I thought we were dead. But we aren't. Not yet.
