In order to farther prep for our arrival at Requiem I've reestablished contact with the Elites. I'm going to play with them a little bit. I'm going to tell them my location. See if they can figure it out.
"This is the Librarian, are you there Jul?"
"This is him, what is it now?" He responds.
"I just want to warn you of something, there seems to be the destroyed ruins of a human ship heading your way."
"I already know of this, I had sent a team to go investigate it. I have not been able to contact them since, I'm already prepping another squadron to investigate." He says explaining what he's been doing.
"I don't think you should do that Jul."
"Why not? Those are my men, I have to find out what happened."
"You shouldn't because there isn't any sign of anyone being on that ship in nearly four years. I've already sent my soldiers to check. No one is there." I say, starting the lie.
"IMPOSSIBLE! Those are some of my best men, are you telling me they just left?" He says getting angry.
"Maybe they don't like you. Ran off to join the other side." I say trying to get him even angrier.
"There is no way they would run off and join that lying Heretic Arbiter."
"Looks like they did, no one is there Jul. I have to go. Just thought you should know."
That's a relief. I don't know how but Arbiter made it as well. I thought for sure he was dead. But it looks like he made it and is still helping us. Looks like we weren't betrayed. We still have some allies in this. He really is the best. Now I know why he was picked to be the new Arbiter. The Arbiter is one meant to go on the most dangerous of missions. One no one else could make it back alive from. Kinda like Spartans. So they really have to be the best. So for him to survive this. That is impressive. They made the right choice with him. I am not even sure if he can die at this point. I feel better knowing he's on our side. They say Johns luck is amazing. But I think Arbiters may be even better. He just won't die, even if that's the only option. Arbiter looks death in the face and says not today death, not today.
