That Elite was pretty stupid. But I guess he had to try something. I'm glad it's all done and over with now though. I've been thinking on how we're going to get John into the planet. I honestly don't know how we could do it. Entering a portal from space into a planet with a atmosphere is a bad idea for humans. It could kill him. He has to head inside the main gates. But there is only one way for us to do that. We would have to jump. Straight in, I'm sure the Librarian would open the gates for us. I mean, she's smart enough to realize this as well. I know everything will be fine. It wouldn't be the first time John has survived a fall from outer orbit onto a planet. So I'm pretty sure he can survive it. It would let the Elites in as well. So we will have to fight our way through a large group of them. I am a little worried about that. John will have just woken up from cyro-sleep and moving can be slightly difficult after that. So battling may not be the best idea. Especially since if my calculations are correct he will have been sleeping for about 3.5 years when we get there. But I'm sure John can pull it off through. Another problem is getting him to where the Didact is. The portals have a system behind them but I haven't quite figured them out yet. It seems each area has multiple portals and all of them go somewhere else. But I the map I had didn't say which was which. So I'm going to have to scan them individually one the battlefield. Hopefully they aren't protected by anything I can't get by. The Librarian has control over those so I doubt she'd lock them. I'll just have to work fast while on the battlefield. Once I get through those problem all I have to do is follow the plan, defeat the Didact board Infinity and go home. Shouldn't be too difficult. The only thing is we don't fully understand how powerful the Didact is. I know what he plans to do and he's stronger than anything we ever faced but how much stronger is that exactly? Apparently the Librarian has full faith we can beat him so I guess I shouldn't be too worried but I just like to know what I'm getting into before we do this. But I guess we have to just make things up as we go and hope for the best. John is pretty good at that, he never really has a plan for anything. He just goes somewhere and whatever happens, happens. That's what I like about him so much.
