Phil's POV,

I curl in a ball on my bed and stare out the window. Seeing the stars and the moon glisten through my bedroom window. I stretch and wrap my black fluffy tail around my body feeling warm.

Hello, my name is Phil Lester, I came into this world as a Neko with cat features such as tails, cat ears, whiskers, bigger and more colourful eyes, bigger teeth and little sharp nails.

My mum and dad are both Neko's and I'm the only child that is also a Neko so I think I'm special. I go to a school which allows Neko's and humans in and I have a best friend Chris who is also a Neko.

There are only a few Neko's that exist, about 1000 left as people think they are weird. Me and my mate Chris are one of them. I love how I'm like a cat but still have my long emo hair and human features like noses and lips and body of a human.

My tail is black and extremely fluffy, it normally keeps me warm as its a meter long but it can be really annoying sometimes as its hard to fit In jeans but they make special Neko clothes so it's okay.

I act like a cat more though but Chris doesn't really. I always curl up and purr when someone hugs or strokes/scratches behind my ears. I love being a Neko. I just can't jump as high as one and I can't fall that far down which kind of sucks but it's still so fun.

I feel my anime like eyes grow bigger as I see the the stars and I smile. Falling asleep.

(Morning.)

I wake up and stretch my arms out, I giggle as I wake my face accidentally with my tail and walk down stairs. I walk down and I see that mum made me a bowl of cereal. I eat human food, not that disgusting cat food.
I whisper a good morning sleepily as I take slow scoops with my spoon, chomping slowly,

"Morning sweaty." Mum says and smiles, showing her little sharp teeth. She whips her black and white tail around and her ears lower slightly. I smile at her and she smiles back before going into my brothers room and waking all of them up with a frying pan and a spatular. I cringe, thanking myself for getting an alarm clock.

I stand up and get ready. I take a quick shower and dry my hair and tail before straightening my hair. I but on a grey hoodie and some black jeans and put all I need into my bag and hearing the door bell ring.

I run to the door and grab my bag. I open it and see Chris standing outside with black jeans and a green top with a face on it and smile I hug him and shout bye to everyone only getting the same reply before slamming the door shut.

Chris has a purple tail and black ears (don't be that's not a cat colour u can't get that but in my story you can, is that okay. Okay let's continue.) all Neko's have black ears but different tails,

I walk to school with Chris, talking about random stuff like Our kind and that we are basically extinct. Talking about there only being 5 Neko's in our school and the others moved away so it's just me and Chris now.

We reach the gates and I smile walking towards the school, I have pretty much the same classes as Chris apart from maths considering I'm a bit smarter than him.

I sit down in the art room and so does Chris. I always sit at the back and doodle as Chris sits In Front of me, I get my note pad out and start to draw this anime like character which I've been spending ages on doing and I hear the teacher click her fingers.
