I'm starting to think she's this anxious all the time.

Adrian: "Lily, its okay. I promise its fine."

Lily: "Im sorry."

Adrian: "Haha you've already said that, three times."

Lily: "I'm just really sorry. I feel bad."

Adrian: "Four."

That made her smile. Finally.

Adrian: "How about I buy you another drink?"

Lily: "I spill my drink on your laptop, completely drenching it and your response is to buy me another drink?"

Adrian: "Ironic huh?"

Lily: "Haha very. It's okay; I'm good but thank you."

I want to buy her this drink, even if she said she didn't want it. I can't help but think that every time she turns me down. I look at her completely empty cup on the table that clearly said Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with no whip cream. So, I automatically go to the cashier and order her another drink. When I turn around to see her reaction, I was surprised to see a very relaxed smile. She looks less anxious then how she was about five minutes ago, but that smile and those dimples. There's just something to her that makes me want to know everything there is to know about her.

Lily: "Thank you."

Adrian: "My pleasure. So, I never asked you but have you ever come here to California?"

Lily: "Well I was born here but I left when I was six. So I can say I'm pretty new here."

Adrian: "Then why are we still standing here. Let me show you around."

Lily: "No it's okay; I don't want to take up your time."

Man, this girl is stubborn.

Adrian: "Lily, If you haven't already notice, I like you. I think you're funny, you're sweet and I really want to get to know you. Just let me show you around."

After I finish that sentence, I cannot believe I had just said that out loud. But I really wanted to see her reaction. She started to blush and had a small smirk which made that adorable dimple stand out more and then she nodded. Wow, this girl is going to drive me crazy.

So, I decide to drive her around California. The first thing she did in my car was ask if she could put the windows down. I'm not a big fan of the wind hitting my face while I'm driving but right now I think I would say yes to anything she asks. I nod and the excitement in her face made me completely forget about my stupid wind problem. I was making her happy and I can see in her eyes that this was something new to her. She was starting to feel a little more relaxed.

So, we drove through almost every street there is in California. I did not want to stop driving because if I did that would mean I would have to drop her off at home. The longer the ride, the more I'm with her, and the more I get to listen to her sing every single song that comes on the radio. No really. Every. Single. Song. She was like Melissa McCarthy in that movie Identity Thief. I'm not complaining, she has a beautiful voice. Even if she sounded like a dying whale, I would still hear angels when I look at her. Her love for music was completely evident. From Beyoncé, Bruno Mars, Green Day, Foo Fighters, even to Kings of Leon, she seems to like a huge variety. But I have learned my lesson. Never speak ill of Beyoncé. She has this mentality that she is a queen and the strongest woman out there. Lily, has such an uplifting spirit, which seemed to make me smile.

But after a while, it was starting to get dark outside and she was starting to get tired. You can tell by the way her mouth puckered up. She tried to cover it with her hand but you can also tell because her eyes were starting to close.

Adrian: "Hey, it's getting late I should start to take you home. Are you staying anywhere near here?"

Lily: "I don't even know where we are."

Adrian: "It's okay, just give me your address and I will get you there."

Lily: "Thank you."

We arrive at her grandparents little three bedroom house and I was surprised on how comfy and simple the house looked. It wasn't all what I am used to. I wanted to wake her up but she looks so cute when she's tired. But I know she's been through a lot. So the best I can do right now is get her home safely and hope to God she will agree to see me again.

I dropher off at home and from her house to mine, my car seemed quiet and empty. Shehas already grown on me. Her laugh, her smile, her inability to stay still, were all things that made me like her even more. She doesn't know how beautifulshe is and I plan on showing her.
