Chapter 35 | A Night in the Maze
It was cold, really cold.
I should have been wearing a jacket.
I decided to stay around the entrance, so I couldn't get lost.
I wish I brought a jacket.
Some vines were fresh and green, while others dried out in the sun.
I miss the garden.

There it was again!
Ok think think.. What did Thomas say...
I look around for any ideas.
I sure wish Newt was here..
My hands entangled around the vines.
The vines!!
I quickly slide under the vines, covering myself with its scent and hiding myself so I can't be seen.
I hope I'll be okay..
Newt's P.O.V
I don't know what to do..
"Omg how is she going to make it??"
Voices came from everywhere.
"I don't know.."
There's another.
"Anne's brave, she'll make it.."
Why.. I just..
"Its all Newts fault!"
That's right... I-its.. My fault..
"Yeah!!"
ITS ALL MY BLOODY FAULT.
"Newt you coward! Why aren't you saying anything!?"
IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ME.
"Newt!!?"
"IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ME!" I burst out in rage and fear.
My hands were shaking.
"No one's ever survived a night in the maze.."
They won't stop shaking.
"Guys stop it. You know very well that I've done it.."
Tommy's voice.. Tommy's hand..
He reached out to me, and I reached back, him helping me up.
Just a few seconds after two hands clung onto my shoulder, pushing me against the wall.
"WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER?"
Gabriel's voice.. Gabriel's hands..
I didn't say anything. I couldn't.
"Newt you bastard.." Gabriel spat at me.
"What did you do to her.."
