"I turned my back on you yet you still fight along side me. Why?" I asked. "You turned your back on us for justified reason, but I'm not going to let you die. As least not alone." He said. As the words fell from his mouth, he was shot. I fired back killing the attacker. "Save yourself." he said. "No, I almost let you die once I'm not letting it happen again." I said kneeling beside him. I mended the wound but he needed more than I could do. He mounted my horse and rode away while I fought on. As long as he was safe I could fight. He rode away and I was struck down. I lay dying, he lived. He muttered "Don't go home without me." With my dying breath I called out weakly into the darkness. "I'm sorry, I went home without you..."
