Clara woke up to the sound of metal screeching. She sat up instantly, looking around at the small room. A lamp in the corner attached to a thick bar kept it lit, and it was full of boxes. She felt a horrible headache, keeping her from reaching most memories. Wait, no, all memories. Before she could think, she heard a squeal behind her. She turned around, caught a flash of brown and pink, then got knocked to the edge of the box by the creature. When she regained herself, she found herself facing a large, spotted swine. It snorted, declaring it's side of the room. She hopped to her feet, got as far away from it as possible. Where was she? Why couldn't she remember anything but her name? All of a sudden, the rushing metal came to a stop. And then- silence. Everything was quiet. Not even the pig made a noise.

It was another minute or so with she heard a sound coming from above her. She looked up, saw the ceiling splitting, a small line of light, growing wider by the second, until it finally parted fully, revealing the almost blinding sight of day. She saw the sun was blocked by large shadows. People, she thought.
