Chapter 14: Truth or Dare

Ice's POV: 

When we arrived at the mansion, Manang Lisa was standing at the main entrance waiting for us. 

"Ieuan, hijo. Kanina ka pa iniintay nila Harris at Dillinger. San ka ba galing? Kumain ka na ba?" Manang Lisa asked. 

"Yes, I've eaten already. With Aariyah of course." I said. 

"Where are they?" I continued. 

"Nasa loob sila ng bar. Oh paano? Maiwan ko na kayo muna. Mag-ga-gardening muna ako, ha? O sya sige, hijo." Manang explained. 

"Teka teka? May bar dito sa mansyon mo? Ano yun? Maraming tao din?" Aariyah asked. 

"I have my OWN bar in my mansion. Which means it's a private one and also means no one can enter except me and some selected people." I told her. 

"Ahhhh ganun pala yun. Nakakanosebleed, teka teka." Aariyah shrugged. 

*When we entered my bar*

"Yo braaaad! What's up? Long time no see, huh? Missed you, man!" Screamed Camron from afar. 

"How's business going?" I asked him. 

"Doing perfectly fine on my hands of course! Haha! Alam mo naman!" Said Camron with his big smile.

Hmmmmm, doing perfectly fine huh? How perfect? 

"Just make sure, alright. Don't let me down this time." 

"What kind of business? Ano yan? Ano yaaaan haaaa?" Aariyah's best friend asked me. Wait, what was her name again? Vanessa? Venus? Veronica? Ahhh! Now I remember! Vayne? 

"None of your business, Ms. Vayne! Stay out of this." said Camron. 

"Let's get this party started! I miss the taste of liquor, man! Drink it all up! Shot! Shot!" Camron continued while jumping up and down.

"You can't drink, Aariyah. Not when I'm around." I said to Aariyah.

"Um no, even when I'm not around, you can't drink. Restricted." I continued. 

Her face was priceless. She's so beautiful. 

"Ha? Bakit? Bakit bawal?" She asked me. 

"Uh.... I'm your employer, of course. You're one of my employees, and my employees can't drink." I said. 

"Eh bakit sila Duke at Camron? Diba employees mo din sila? Ang unfair mo. Heh..." She nagged. 

"They're different. They're not my usual employees. They're my best friends, not employees. Plus, they're boys. And you're a girl. Makes a huge difference, doesn't it?" I said. 

"Minsan lang naman 'to eh. Sige na." She said with her cute puppy eyes that I can't resist. 

"Oo nga naman, Ice! Minsan lang gantong bonding oh! Payagan mo na yan!" Said Duke. Ha, she has her own supporter, ay. 

"Alright alright, just a little, maybe? Don't ever drink like before..... That night that you couldn't handle yourself because of your drunkness. Drunktard." I said. 

We had fun. We drank.

When we're a little tipsy, Duke had this "wonderful idea"

"Oh guys guys! Wait lang, kalma lang. May wonderful idea ako! Haha! Laro tayo! Yung spin the bottle! C'mon c'mon, Vayne pass me the empty bottle of vodka! C'mon c'mon guys!" screamed Duke with excitement. Like a boy who got his new toy. 

"Oh eto na po, hehe!" Vayne said. 

"Wait lang... ano yannnn? I don't get it." Aariyah asked. 

"It's just spin the bottle, lady. When the mouth of the bottle is pointed at you, you get to choose whether it's a truth or dare. Piece of cake!" Said Duke. 

"Ah sige. Ganun." Aariyah said with her serious face. She's cute.. 

"Let's get it started!" exclaimed Vayne. 

"Alright guys." Camron said. 

"Ts.. I have nothing against it anyways." I said. 

"Okay! Simulan ko na ah!" Screamed Duke.

As Duke spun the bottle, I was really hoping I wouldn't be the one who's gonna be pointed at. I was barely looking at the bottle's mouth. Just to play safe. 

And plak........ I was the one who was pointed at the mouth of the bottle. And guess who's pointed at the bottom of the bottle? Congratulations, Aariyah. Feel the sarcasm in the air, feel it! 

"Okay, Aariyah. Ask me." I said. 

"Truth? Or... Dare?" Aariyah asked me with her serious face again. Such a cute girl. 

"Truth. Who would even do a dare?" 

"Okay......" said Aariyah before sighing while pointing on her chin. Arrggghhh! Overload. 

All I did was stare at her while she was thinking about her question to ask me. 

"Hmmmmm. Kung may pupuntahan 'kang lugar kasama ang taong mahal mo, saan ka pupunta at bakit?" she asked me a straightforward question which left me blank. 

"I would definitely go to Enchanted Kingdom with her because she's that extraordinary girl who loves adventures and I want to face my fears. Face my fears... with her." I said without hesitation. 

"Oy!! Lalim ng hugot ah? Hahaha!" Said Duke.

"Hugot Lord alert!!!! Wooooo spin it!" Camron said. 

As I spun the bottle, all of them were screaming like crazy. 

After I spun the bottle, I was staring blankly at Aariyah. 

She's thinking about something. I could see it. She's been spacing out after my straight forward answer. 

I stopped staring at her and glanced at Vayne as she started screaming because it was her turn to be asked. 

And the one would be asking her is.......

"AHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE!!! WHAT IS WRONG O M G! WHAT IS AIR!!!!!!!!" Vayne screamed.

"I dare you to pretend to be my girlfriend for 2 months. All expenses on me." Camron dared her without hesitation.
