Deeks and I are currently unpacking boxes. We finally decided to take a more serious step in our relationship by moving in together and I'm so glad its over. Finding the right place was too complicated but we found it. A nice three bedroom house by the beach which is perfect for us. We have monty who's like our kid. Things are perfect in our little home

Deeks: baby lunch is ready, do you want to go sit on the beach and have a little picnic?

I invited then team over so us having a romantic picnic will have to wait and baby I told you I ordered pizza for everyone and callen's bringing the beers

Deeks: I guess I'll throw out these donuts and twinkies I have in our picnic basket

Now why would you do that? I can still enjoy our picnic right now

The doorbell rang and deeks let everyone in. We all gathered in the living room which had a nice TV and family photo as of all of us together but mostly deeks and me

Talia: this is a very nice place you have

Thanks, how about us girls go for a walk on the beach leaving the guys to talk?

Nell: that sounds good

We all went out back and walked along the beach, then I spread out a blanket and we laid watching the ocean

Nell: talia how are things with you and callen?

Talia: their really good. Last week made it a full year of dating and he took me out on a special date. It was really sweet because hen remembered literally everything I said I liked and made it happen for me. He even asked me to move in with him and I'm thinking about it

You sound happy so that's good talia

Nell: how about you Kens?

I'm really happy, deeks is everything I've ever wanted. He makes me feel like I matter, I'm the most important person in his world and I love that. How are you and Eric?

Nell: their is no me and Eric. We're really good fr8ends

Talia: cut the crap sister. There's more than a friendship going on with you and that man

Nell: fine, we're good. we're not taking any major steps like moving in because we've only just started dating. Things are really good

That as great, at least we're all happy. Alia took off her coat and nell and I noticed her belly getting bigger so I said "anything you want to share talia?"

Talia: callen wanted to tell everyone today since I'm starting to show but I'm pregnant

Nell: oh my gosh congratulations

I'm really happy for you Talia. Your going to be a great mom

Talia: I'm a little afraid you know. I have no idea how to be someone's mom. Chasing bad guys is so much easier than starting a family

Its less complicated but you'll be great. You have nell and me who's going to help you every step of the way as much as you need us and your not parenting alone. You have callen

Talia: I know. He's a good guy and he's so excited about this baby that it makes me smile. Our first ultrasound was yesterday and we got so see the little baby he was in tears. We're going to be the best parents we could be to our little guy or girl

Is this why I haven't seen you in forever?

Talia: no it as not why. I was in mexico on a sting operation and took to rounds. One to the chest and one to the stomach, I had my vest on and that's how I found out about the baby. I was home resting for two weeks after I returned. I almost lost the baby, but we made it. I'm twelve weeks along so twenty four more to go. That sounds like forever

Three month along six more months to go sounds like less time when its really exactly then same. No matter how you put it you have a long time to go

Talia: its great and sucks at the same time but I'm sure once I hold my baby it will be worth it

Yeah, I wouldn't know because I'm not a mom or about to be one but that sounds right. You know callen's probably telling the guys

Talia: I know, he's too excited not to let that slip out. He told sam when he found out and hetty knows

Nell: hetty knows everything so that's no surprise

We spent the day talking about everything and nothing. We all congratulated talia and callen and we celebrated with beers and pizza. It was a good day and we all had a good time together. When the guys left deeks and I cleaned up and and went up to bed together

Deeks: baby.

Deeks: do you ever think about us having kids? I know that your aware that I want kids someday and this is not me pressuring you or anything. I'm just asking

Yeah I think about it. I've been thinking about it a lot. I want to be a mom someday and I know when that day comes your the only person I want to have a child with

Deeks: are you saying your ready to start trying?

I'm saying whatever happens happens. We don't have to rush it, when the time is right it will happen for us

Deeks: your right baby and we have all the time in the world. What will we do with all this extra time?

We started kissing when monty ran in and jumped up on the bed licking our faces

Deeks: monty came to remind us that he's our kid. Buddy your such a good boy, I think mommy needs more kisses

He started licking my face making me laugh until deeks set him on the floor and said "fern your face is all wet from dog kisses"

I'm going to wash my face while you put monty in his room.

I went and cleaned my faced then returned to bed where I cuddled up next to deeks and fell asleep
