Deeks POV

Its been a week since I proposed to fern, things have been going pretty good on the deeks house. I'm happy, the kids are happy and my beautiful wife to be is happy too. I never imaginednmy life being so perfect, its like I finally got a fairytale of my own. Right now I'm currently ksitting at my desk at work gazing at the beautiful woman across from me. I get lost in her beautifully mis matched brown eyes, I started day dreaming looking at my girl completely unaware of the world and everything happening around me

Sam: that's adorable

What is?

Sam: you two, you know G's been trying to get your attention for the last ten minutes and your so focused on kensi its like he's not even there

Sorry man, I was just deep in thought. What were you saying?

Callen: I discussed it with the future Mrs Deeks so it's all good, I'm curious as to what you were thinking about. Do tell

I was thinking private thoughts. Baby what dime am insupp9sed to pick up Maya from ballet?

Kensi: Michelle's picking up Maya, your going for Mason after work, he's with my mom today

Callen: I thought you two lived together, shouldn't you know this stuff

Kensi: I took the kids with me to spend the night at my mom's, she needed help with something, and he stayed at the house with monty like a good dad. Monty doesn't like being alone

Monty missed you guys even though you were fifteen minutes away

Kensi: it sounds more like you than monty but you can let him know that we will be home tonight.

You look like you didn't get any sleep last night. What exactly were you and Julia up to?

Kensi: its nothing to do with mom's project. I couldn't sleep well for some reason

Callen: maybe you missed a certain blonde haired surfer

Kensi: maybe I did. Where's talia these days? I haven't seen her aroundnin a while

Callen: she's working, the case is very important so its timer consuming and she uses up all her free time at home with Aniyah and me. I think she's wrapping it up today. You know even with the occasional chaotic day our lives have been pretty amazing this npast few months. We went from being single and nby ourselves to having families we couldn't live without. Sam I hate saying nthis but you were right. I said nothing would change me and I was wrong. My little girl changed me so much, talia changed me so change isn't always a bad things after all

Sam: we should all be thanking that woman, I thought you'd never get over your commitment issues

Callen: I never had commitment issues

Are we going to be hearing wedding bells in your future?

Callen: I'll ask her on her birthday, its in a few days

Sam: it's about time, you bought that ring five months ago

Callen: things came up, don't jude me for waiting until the moment I is perfect

I think waiting is what's delaying you. Once she's there you have your perfect moment.

Callen: I think I'll wait until she's feeling better, she's not the most pleasant person when she's sick and I have a feeling she's right behind me isn't she

You're right about that and she brought Aniyah

Callen: you know when I said your not the most pleasant person I meant...............(Talia interrupted)

Talia: when you said what?

Callen: you know what, I didn't say anything. What do you need?

Talia: I need younto keep Aniyah. I have a headache and she's in a talking mood so you see where that's not working for me. Your not doing anything important so you can keep her.

Callen: I'll do that

Talia: I'll be in bed if you need me, don't need me

She left and I said "your right about her not being pleasant" and I heard her say "I heard that" before leaving the building

Aniyah: Mama

She had the cutest sad face and when she realized Talia wasn't coming back tears fell down her face so callen picked her up and sat her on this desk

Callen: its ok, we'll go see mommy later. Did you bring any of your toys to play with? I know you never leave home without your bunny, do you have it?

Kensi: she's sleepy, I think maya laft her nap time mat in the car

Fern got the mat and spread it beside callen's desk where Aniyah laid sleeping then callen covered her with her blanket and stuck her pacifier in her mouth

Kensi: she still uses that?

Callen: she loves her pacifier, once she has that she's happy

Nate walked in a while later, we haven't seen him in a few Yeats so we all greeted him then he noticed the sleeping baby on the floor and said "so who does this one belong to?"

Callen: that would be me, that's Aniyah she's a little over a year old. Seventeen months to be exact.

Nate: she's adorable, any other kids I don't know about?

Kens and I have two. Maya's four and Mason's twelve months

Nate: four, I know I haven't been gone that long. Three years maybe

Kensi: we adopted Maya not too long ago and she's absolutely perfect. The little man loves his dad, they do everything together and it's adorable

Nate: I would love to meet them

Kensi: I'll have Michelle drop them off here or you could stop by the house later, we can all hang out together because not a been forever since we've seen you and you never stay long

Nate: I'm here for at least a week so hanging out sounds like fun. Meeting your kids will also be fun. I never expected you and callen to set tel down and commit to someone

Sam: you and me both. The lone wolf finally met someone who can handle him and Kens had all those emotional walls broken down by deeks of all people. Things have been great on this end

Nate: that's good, I'd like to meet the woman who turned G Callen into a family man

Callen: I wasn't that bad and talia really is amazing

Nate: I missed a lot

You have plenty of time to catch up, its almost three so I have to watch my little ballerina practice for her big show

Kensi: she said once we make it to the show we're good

I have free time so I'll go watch her twirl around, she's going to love it and I'll need you to get mason later while I watch her show

Kensi: fine, go on. I still can believe you convinced her to join ballet

She lost a bet and after the first class nshr gave me a hug and said "daddy I loved it so much" I was happy. Her little face was lit up

Kensi: that's cute, go watch her dance, I'll handle picking up the little man

I left out to watch my princess dance leaving kensi behind with the guys
