Kensi's POV

It's been a pretty amazing week for me. I've been home with my kids preparing for another baby deeks and they've been a great help. It sucked when hetty made me stay at home when i reached month nine of my pregnancy, but I've been unable to stay on my feet all day like usual. Nell's been assisting deeks in the field and it's comforting to know he has someone we both trust watching his back.

Deeks and the guys all came over to spend Saturday at our house, they all probably realize how bored I get when i'm home alone.

Deeks: Fern where did out two mutant ninja assassins go off to?

Their around here somewhere, check the back yard and when you find them tell your son he needs to clean his room. He has clothes everywhere in there

Deeks: He clearly takes after his mom in that department

That's not even funny, I clean when I want to, but you prefer to do it so why would I get in the way of that for you? Your much better a it than I am and since when is it a wife's job to cook, clean and take care of the kids this is the twenty first century

Callen: that's been a woman's job since the beginning of time, you just never got the memo. Women are made for that stuff

Talia: what did you just say? I know I couldn't have heard right because that's not the way things work in our house.

Michelle: anti feminist men surround us. It's not a woman's job to do those things, we are definitely not the boring housewives. Those tasks should be shared equally between a woman and her husband

Sam: I completely agree with you

Eric: so do I and I'm all for feminism

That's why your my favorite Eric. I think these men should take on the task of making lunch while we enjoy the game. every once in a while we need to change things up a little and cooking is not my area of expertise

Deeks: everybody knows that

your seriously looking for me to use that taser on you again aren't you. Keep it up

makai: I will gladly make lunch and I for one love the idea of equality among the males and females. I think that it should have never been set where women needed husbands to be able to do anything and you ladies are a perfect example of women being able to handle the same jobs a man can do

Sasha I really think you went and found yourself the perfect guy if there's ever such a thing. Their is nothing about makai that I don't like.

Maya waked in with Mason and she said "That's because you don't spend as much time with him as we do. Kai's an ok person and he turns up the charm with you guys, but he's very arrogant and annoying.

Sasha: He used to be the biggest jerk on the planet when we were in junior high and I didn't get why people even bothered to tolerate his presence. If he wasn't a friend I would have never liked him

Makai: I was never a jerk, I'll say I wasn't as delightful as I am now and even if I were a jerk you can never wonder why people liked me. Look at me

Sasha: and their it is, that big ego of his. It's actually very annoying

Makai: It's also very true

He walked into the kitchen and started preparing lunch while the guys went outside leaving us ladies to have time to catch up

Nell: Sasha how are things going with you an kai?

Sasha: Things are good, I'm busy focusing on finals and he's busy with his job, so it's the same as always

what are your plans for after graduation? Your a smart girl, so I know you've made some kind of plans for yourself

Sasha: I have six acceptance letters at home and I'm still trying to decide which college is best for me. I got my acceptance letter for the three Ivy league schools I've applied to, but I'm not interested in leaving California

Talia: does this have anything to do with a certain husband of yours?

Sasha: Kai has noting to do with my decision making process. Wherever I decided to go he's going to follow so that's something I don't have to worry about. I'm thinking about my daughter, I can't take her with me if i'm living on campus and that's the best option for me if I leave so I think I'll be with my brother at UCLA. He's studying Biological Sciences and I want to study law.

Maya: Jordan got accepted into Harvard medical school, why would he give that up to stay in Los Angels? Harvard's been his dream since middle school

Sasha: lets see, your going to UCLA and he doesn't want to be anywhere your not so have you put the pieces together yet?

Maya: I already told him I don't do second chances and you should tell him not t be so stupid. Giving up your dream for a girl you have no future with is a stupid choice for a smart guy

Sasha: those were my exact words to him, but seems to think that if he stays his chances are better and I think so too. Your not one to forgive, but I think for him you'll change your mind

Maya: I will do no such thing. In life their are no second chances. The sooner he learns that the sooner he'll realize that he's making a mistake he's going to regret for the rest of his life

Sasha: I think you need to be the one to tell him their's no future with you and hopefully he'll change his mind, but you can't do that because you know that their is a chance. If he sees that he's definitely staying

Maya: I can honestly say their's no future with me and if that's what he needs to hear then I'll happily tell him that. How about we change the subject. I'm sure their are more interesting things to talk about than my relationship with Jordan

I thought their was no relationship

Maya: mom your so not helping this situation, don't you have better thing to discuss than me. My life is pretty dull at the moment

It's pretty interesting to me. You have someone willing to give up their biggest dream for you and your sticking to this no second chances thing. Maya everybody makes mistakes, I know that for a fact. If you do honestly think their's even the slightest chance you might forgive whatever he did then he should know that

Maya: well their's not and I'll end this conversion for everyone

she got up and left the house
