Lost and found

Deeks POV 

It's been two hours and counting, the hospital's still on lockdown and there's still no sign of my baby girl or whoever could have taken her. Nell finally was able to pull up the video and it was obviously a male dressed in a nurses uniform. Kensi's growing more and more irritated by the minute and I can't blame her because I feel the same. We're searching every inch of this hospital and nobody's coming in or out until my little girl is safe. I don't think kensi can handle the stress of loosing another child and neither can I 

Callen: Deeks we found something, call a doctor quick

I followed his instructions rushing over to him as fast as I could with doctor Martin right behind me. When I got there I saw him holding my baby girl, the tiny birthmark was right where fern said it would be and her blue eyes sparkled under the lights, there was a note attached to her that callen took and doctor Martin took her for a check up with me right behind him. There was no way I'd let her out of my sight again, especially when there's some crazy person who doesn't want her around. Her lips were blue and immediately he immediately started working on her breathing. I stood in the corner watching as he stabled her and finally he looked up and said "she should be fine, for safety precautions we'll have her set up next to her mother. would you give me a hand with everything?"

I helped him move everything down the hall into fern's room and her face lit up when she saw our baby girl laying there. Tears fell down her face, but this time I knew they were tears of joy

Doctor Martin: she's a lucky little girl. They found her right in time

Kensi: Do you know who did this? my baby would have been fine so I need to know who did this to me and to her 

We haven't found the guy, but we will. The hospital is still on lockdown, we're checking out all the men in the building starting with the nurses. I promise you that we will find the guy who did this, they won't get away with this. You need to rest, our little miracle is laying in here sleeping peacefully, you should do the same

Kensi: I can't 

You have both our mom's in here watching after her along with Mason and Maya. Nothing will happen to her, I promise you that

Kensi: I need you

she made a confession I never expected to hear from her, especially not in the presence of others. As much as I wanted to find the son of a bitch who almost cost me my wife and daughter I knew my wife needs me more so I sat beside her on the bed and held her close to me. She's my priority, the job will never come before my family "I'm not going anywhere baby" I stated, giving her assurance that I wouldn't leave her side. her had rested on my chest as I laid back in the bed. I knew there was no way she's going to even try and rest, but if holding her makes her feel better then I'd hold hr forever

The hours went by until finally the guys returned taking a seat in the vacant chairs lined across the dimly lit hospital room

Kensi: did you find who did this?

Sam: that's the reason this took all day. Matthew Gunther is your guy, we caught him lurking outside of Sasha's hospital room. The case deeks and callen worked a few months back is the cause of all of this. He wanted to take revenge in the most hurtful way possible, through your kids. He's the one who crashed into Sasha and her brother this morning, he switched out kensi's medication and he confessed everything

Kensi: he didn't get a chance to hurt her again did he?

Callen: he tried, but ended p being the one in need of serious medical attention. I guess Makai's not just a pretty face after all. Trust me, he hurt him enough for all of us

Kensi: That's good to know. How are Sasha and Jordan doing?

Callen: Sasha had a concussion and a few bruised and fractured ribs along with a leg injury, but she's a tough girl. She'll mull through just fine, as for Jordan. He made it out of surgery, but is in a medically induced coma. He was supposed to wake up two hours ago, but sadly he isn't awake just yet. There's still high hopes and Maya's with him now

Kensi: I new tat girl wasn't made of stone like she makes it seem

She's just stubborn and hard headed like her mom. Our day was so chaotic that we didn't even find a name or this little one

Kensi: I was expecting another son so I got nothing. What do you think we should name her?

I don't know. I'm pretty sure Marty junior won't work. We need to think about this before making a choice we don't completely love

Maya walked into the room and stood over the baby for a while, I wondered what was going through her mind as she stared down at her baby sister, but I didn't bother t ask. Instead I just watched both of my girls

Maya: Emilly's's pretty, almost as pretty as me. Almost

I smiled at her, Emily's actually perfect for our little princess and It's like kensi read my mind

Kensi: Emily's perfect. I really love it

Maya: Your seriously going to pick my choice?

why not? she's looks like an Emily to me

Maya: well I thought since Emma came first an Emily would make sense since your into naming your kids alike. I mean come on. Mason and Maya, I'm happy you had a girl instead of a boy because the world's not ready for another Marty Deeks

Kensi: that's what I said and it's purely coincidental that your names are similar. We didn't name you and when we got you mason already had his name so you just fit in perfectly and I think it's really cute. you guys are inceperable and now there's another little one added to the bunch

Maya: I hope three is enough for you, In the next year or so we can do without another baby deeks

Kensi: pretty soon you'll be bringing in the babies

Maya: I'm barely seventeen and I like babies, but that doesn't mean I want any. Kids are not a part of my ten year plan. If I feel the need to have a baby I'll pick up either Logan, Kate or Emily

I like that idea very much, lets hope a boyfriend isn't a part of your ten year plan either 

Maya: I'm not about  join a convent or something, you expect me to be alone for ten years, that would be so sad 

you'll never be alone. Mason and I are the only people you'll need 

Maya: I an see your serious so whatever you say daddy. Can I hold Emily?

Not until she's better. Emily's still having some breathing complications, so nobody can hold her right now, but she'll be ok

Maya: cool, so i'm gong to be with Sasha since it's mo entertaining in there, I only came for my other before you guys bore him to death. come on mason

Mason: Your a really great sister

Maya: Tell me something I don't know

They left the room and watching those two together makes me smile. You never know when they'll be fighting or getting along, their a crazy bunch, but the love never fades

Kensi: we have some pretty amazing kids even though they think we're all boring. Do they have any idea what we o for a living? nothing's boring about us

Callen: they probably think we sit behind our desks fling papers because we clearly bore them. Teenagers, what are you going to do with them?

we all shared a laugh ad things felt like it was finally back to our normal. we had such a crazy day, but in the end we're all together and happy
