Chapter 16

"Well we just planned to order pizza. Is that alright?"

"Yeah that's fine." I go back and sit on the couch.

"Alright."

"Where is Soul anyways?"

Maka giggled slightly, "I forced him to study."

"Oh my gosh. That must be torture for him."

"Yeah," she walked over to me and grinned. "So...how was it with Crona?"

"Wh-what?" I blushed a bit.

"You know what I mean." Maka poked my shoulder.

"Oh shut up." I rolled my eyes. She laughed at my attempt to drop the conversation.

Eventually the pizza came. Maka told Soul, and he trudged out of his room, looking slightly angry with Maka. After all, she did make him study, and she knew how much he hates studying.

We each got a plate and grabbed some pizza. We a sat down and ate. We each ate had at least two pieces. Soul might have had more.

It didn't take too long for us to finish eating and go into out different rooms. Before Maka left she turned around to face me.

"Will you be ok for the night?"

"Yeah."

"Ok."

I went and sat laid down in the couch. I drifted to sleep. I didn't have any nightmares that night, which was good.

I woke up for some reason, but I knew it wasn't because of a nightmare. I glanced at the clock. It was one in the morning.

I saw a little purple cat at my feet. She noticed I was awake and looked at me.

"Oh hey." She said.

"Uhm...hi." I was shocked that a cat just talked! How is that possible? The cat noticed this and giggled. There was a puff of purple smoke, and there was a woman standing next to the couch.

"I'm Blair, and you're Haley right?" I nodded. She turned back into a cat, with another puff of smoke and settled down at my feet.

"Do you mind if I sleep at your feet?" She asked.
