Chapter 25

"I'm not sure..." Then an idea hit me. "I know! Follow me!" I instinctively grabbed his wrist and ran, blushing as I did so. Crona ran with me.

We ran into the forest.

"H-Haley? Wh-where are we going..?!"

"A secret place I know."

We kept running until we came upon a lake.

"W-wow." Crona looked at it in awe. I walked over to the edge of the lake, and Crona followed me.

We hung out at the lake for a bit then started walking back to the city. We made it back to the DWMA.

"Well-uh-see you tomorrow, Crona."

"Uh-y-yeah bye." He waved and walked into the DWMA. I walked back to Maka and Soul's. I made it there and sat down on the couch. Maka looked over at me from were she was in the kitchen.

"What kept you out so late?" Maka grinned.

"I-I was just h-hanging with C-Crona." I blushed. Maka giggled and continued to make dinner.

We ate and went to bed. I laid down and decided to read The Soul Binder. I wondered how someone could possibly write a book on the Soul Binder.

It was jut a fiction book, so it was about a fictional character finding the stone. I found it kind of funny how he met the stone.

They boy walked up to the glowing stone in the forest. He tilted his head, not knowing what is was. He picked it up and a blue light flashed. The boy looked shocked.

'What just happened?' The boy thought.

That's not how it happened with me. I started to recall the memories of meeting the Soul Binder, when Soul walked into the kitchen and got some milk.

He noticed I was reading and looked at me confused.

"Have you been reading all this time?" He asked me.
