I watched as my friend risked his life trying to save us.

I just couldn't stand it.

As the group ran out of the tree line we hid behind a rock.

"I'm going to help him." I say turning to Gandalf.

Gandalf nodded, but someone else wasn't happy with me leaving.

"No! Your staying here! You could get hurt!" Kili exclaimed.

I laughed and said, "They won't hurt me! I've been doing this for years!"

Kili looked at Gandalf and he nodded.

And with that I ran the opposite direction of the group. I jumped on a rock and jumped. I shifted in mid air to my dragon form and flew toward the group of orcs.

Before I got there I roared the loudest I have ever roared to get their attention.

I blew fire over some orcs to give Radagast some time to get away from them.

As he was off he waved his hand at me in thanks.

I let the orcs chase me away from the Dwarves.

I then stopped and turned around still in the air.I blew fire on all of them.

I then noticed screams and flew toward it. Apparently the orcs had a back up group and were surrounding the Dwarves.

I flew around the circle of Dwarves and blew fire at the orcs surrounding them. the orcs had archers and were shooting at Dwalin, Fili, Kili, and Balin.

I swooped down and landed in front of the group of four. The airs flew at me and Kili yelled at me to move out of the way. But I didn't move. I wrapped my big tail around them and let the arrows hit me.

They bounced off my scales and fell to the ground.

I blew fire at them and then turned my attention to the rest of the Orc pack.

I folded my wings around the Dwarves and took them to the entrance of a cave that Gandalf was beckoning for them to get into.

Once they were inside I turned and roared. I blew some more fire bounding into the center of the group. I knocked some orcs off their Wargs.

An elvish horn blew. I quickly shifted into my human form not wanting anybody to know.

The elves came out of the tree line and finished up the work for me.

"Hello Serena."

I voice with a helmet on said.

"How do yo-"

He took his helmet off and I lost it.

"Lord Elrond!"

I ran to him as he got off his horse. I hugged him tightly.

"Why is the grass scorched?" One of the guards asked.

I turned to Elrond. l blushed and smiled.

I might have told someone else besides Gandalf and Radagast about my secret to.

He smiled back at me before we made our way back to Rivendale.

We took a different path than the Dwarves because that one was to narrow for the horses.
